When almost dry add 1/4 cup coconut milk and cook on low heat until dry.

Tofu Wrap Constituents 1 roti shell 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 pound firm tofu sliced in strips 1 cup chopped broccoli 1/2 cup julienned red, yellow and green bell pepper 1 tbsp. molasses 1/4 cup coconut cream 1/2 cup each of chopped chives, seasoning pepper, basil, oregano and dill Corn meal mix (1 tea spoon each of fennel, turmeric, cumin, cayenne pepper and sea salt mixed with 1/2 cup corn meal).

Place frying pan over fire and allow to get hot

Add coconut oil to cover bottom of pan

Coat tofu with corn meal mix

Place in frying pan and fry until brown.

Remove tofu from pan and add coconut oil to cover the base.

When hot add molasses.

Add all seasoning

Stir for 2 minutes

Creamy Quinoa soup. Ingredients 1 cup boiled quinoa, 2 cups coconut cream, 1 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup each of finely chopped thyme, chives, seasoning pepper, oregano, fit weed, and basil, 1/4 tea spoon cayenne pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and 1/4 cup coconut oil.

Add oil to pan and allow to get hot.

After oil is hot add all seasoning to pot and stir.

Put quinoa in blender, add coconut milk and blend until smooth.

While seasoning is simmering in the pot add freshly blended quinoa and stir continuously for 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and serve hot.

INTRODUCTION The vegan path of life is one of life-promotion. It promotes a dis -ease free lifestyle quid pro quo longevity. The doctors may tell you that diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arteriosclerosis and obesity are hereditary or they may even tell you that you are predisposed to cancer because your grandmother, mother and aunts had all been diagnosed with it but choosing a vegan lifestyle will immediately break that hereditary chain and throw the 'predisposition' out of the window. The undisputable fact is that all diseases are influenced strongly by one's lifestyle habits especially what is consumed on a daily basis for example, one may develop diabetes because of an over consumption of synthetic sugary foods or obesity as a result of the intake of foods rich in the bad cholesterol such as those from animal sources. The vegan lifestyle eliminates these possibilities. Look at it this way also; living on a plant base diet not only promotes life for you but also the millions of animals that perish daily, from the whale to the yard fowl. Therapeutic soup.

Constituents 2 cups chopped spinach, 2 cups coconut milk, 1/4 cup chives chopped very finly, 3 whole seasoning pepper, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 3 blades lemon grass, 1 teaspoon of citronella leaves, 3 tables spoon kelp powder or 3 nori waps, 1/4 cup coconut oil.

Directions: 

Place coconut oil in small pot just to cover the base.

Add chives and turmeric powder to pot and stir and keep on low heat.

Blend spinach in 1 cup coconut milk with the 3 seasoning pepper with the seeds and with the kelp powder or nori wrap.

Pour into pour and stir.

When contents of pot have started boiling add the lemon grass and the citronella ( don't chop just tie herbs together.)

Add balance of coconut for required thickness and just allow to get warm then turn off heat.

of joy. When the physical structure is exposed to these feel good hormones they will function optimally. Thus the immune system will be able to fight against pathogens and also toxins in the environment with ease.

Add 1/4 tea spoon each of the powdered coriander, mustard, fennel and cumin into pot and stirring continuously.

Add 1/4 cup coconut cream then add chopped vegetables .

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt over the vegetable and stir.

Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.

On the contrary when one is sad and stressed out the brain will produce the stress hormone cortisol which will make the physical structure feel sick and depressed. Therefore that the physical structure will be ill equipped to deal with pathogens and toxins from the atmosphere. This individual will always be sick and will suffer from many ailments.

The structural basis and integrity of these hormones both the feel good and the feel bad comes from the food we eat. Thus it is important that we consume high quality foods to produce high quality biochemical molecule.

Peas Stew 

Pour balance of coconut milk into a pot (half a cup).

When hot add 1 table spoon each of chives, fit weed, oregano, thyme and seasoning pepper.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt into pot.

Pour in peas and stir continuously for 5 minutes then turn off heat.

Salad dressing

Pour 2 table spoon of coconut oil into a mortar add basil, chives, and seasoning pepper (tea spoon each). Pound until oil is thick and green.

Add a pinch of salt and squeeze half a lime pound again briefly.

Pour over lettuce when food is plated.

Plate food as seen in picture to get the true essence and feast with a heart of love.

“THE BIBLICAL DIET”

Add one pinch each of seasoning pepper, chives, and basil and stir continuously.

Add 1/2 tea spoon sea salt then add dasheen crushing in the seasoning.

Pour 1/2 cup of coconut milk into the dasheen stew and mix thoroughly. Cover and allow to simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

When we look at the digestive system of a cow or sheep (herbivores) and we analyze the structure of the bucal cavity (mouth) it can be obviously noted that it is very similar to that of a man. The bucal cavity of the sheep will contain predominantly molars, premolars and a few incisors, which is ideal for the cutting, crushing and grinding of seeds, herbs, fruits and vegetables. Cous cous preparation: 

Mix dry cous cous with 1/2 cup grated carrot, 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup each of red, yellow and green sweet pepper.

Add 1 cup of room temperature water to cous cous and other ingredients, cover and allow to soak for 15 minutes.

Dasheen Preparation: 

Place the dasheen peeled, washed and chopped into a pot of boiling water (with water level just over dashee n)

Allow to boil until soft but firm.

Place coconut oil just to cover the base of skillet.

Add rosemary to oil and stir.

Allow skillet to get hot over fire, then add cumin, coriander, mustard, turmeric and mix thoroughly for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Add coconut oil then all the fresh herbs and seasoning.

Add 7 drops of black strap molasses.

Stir continuously while adding cooked quinoa.

Cover pot and allow quinoa to absorb flavor of herbs,

Pour 1/4 cup of coconut milk and stir into quinoa.

Chop fit weed then add to quinoa.

Wrap quinoa into nori wrap and place back into the pot.

Pour coconut cream around wrap and cover for 3 minutes.

Turn off heat.

Slice in halves and serve hot.

God created all things and placed them in the region on earth where they can feed, reproduce and grow with ease. Look at the polar bear, it is a carnivore and its system is designed to tolerate below zero temperatures. If this bear is placed in the tropics and given berries and grass to survive on, it will die because it has been placed in an environment that is not conducive to its continuing existence. The biblical or natural diet of the polar bear is predominantly fresh fish and other animals that live in the natural habitat of the polar bear like seals and penguins. Lets now look at a zebra that was created to feed on grass and occupy the tropical regions of earth. Feeding this animal fish and seals will kill it in weeks. Water A person can survive only eight to ten days without water, whereas it takes weeks or even months to die from a lack of food. Water circulates through our blood and lymphatic system, transporting oxygen and nutrients to cells and removing wastes through urine and sweat. Water also maintains the natural balance between dissolved salts and water inside and outside of cells. Our joints and soft tissues depend on the cushioning that water provides for them. While water has no caloric value and therefore is not an energy source, without it in our goody we could not digest or absorb the foods we eat or eliminate the body‟s digestive waste. The human body is 70 percent water. How much water a person needs depends largely on the volume of urine and sweat lost daily, and water needs are increased if a person suffers from diarrhea or vomiting or undergoes heavy physical exercise. Water is replenished by drinking liquids such as spring water, coconut water and consuming fruits and vegetables, which increase the output of urine and thus dehydrate the body. Fruits and vegetables, are 80 to 95 percent water; and grains, such as oats and rice, can have as much as 35 percent water. Inadequate water consumption may contribute to excess body fats, poor muscle tone, digestive disorders, poor functioning of organs, joint and muscle soreness and water retention. Consuming the correct quantity and quality of water can slow the aging process and can prevent arthritis, kidney stones, constipation, arteriosclerosis, obesity, glaucoma, cataracts and diabetes. The best water to drink is spring wate and one should over drinking water from plastic bottles as they xeno-estrogens that can lead to cancer and diabetes.

Food Of 7 Vegan Oat Cookies Constituents 1/2 cup coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil 3/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup molasses 3 tsp. cinnamon powder 3/4 cup almond milk 1 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon clove powder 2 teaspoon grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg 1 cup dried chopped fruits (apricots, papaya, pineapples etc.) 3 cups quick oats.

Mix oil, maple syrup, and molasses until homogeneous then add almond milk and mix again.

Add sea salt, all powdered and grated spices and dried fruits and continue to mix.

Add flour and mix until smooth.

Add oats a cup at a time while simultaneously mixing it further. The batter should be thick.

Fruit Salad

Foods for the Male Reproductive System.

Constituents 1 medium sized papaya 1 small pineapple 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

Peel and deseed papaya and cut into cubes.

Green Juices for the Male Reproductive System. Ingredients 3 cups Parsley, 3 cups stinging nettle, 3 cups Vervain, ¼ cup molasses and 3 cups spring water. Using Mortar and pestle. 

Place all the chopped leaves in a mortar and use pestle to crush herbs as fine as possible.

Heat water to about 45°C, mix thoroughly with crushed herbs and use cheese cloth to filter.

Add molasses and shake well to mix.

Drink juice at room temperature throughout the day.

Using blender.

Vegetable and tofu (Jamaican Ackee) topping.

Place all leaves in a blender then add water.

Constituents

Blend at low speed for about 90 seconds. Use a fine strainer to filter.

Wash out blender and pour green juice into the blender and add molasses mix well and drink through the day.

1/2 cup each of chopped broccoli, chopped chives, chopped cauliflower, chopped sweet peppers, 2 egg plants, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt, 1/4 tea spoon cayenne pepper powder, 1 pound tofu, 1/4 cup chopped oregano and 1 cup coconut milk..

For tomato sauce

Ingredients

1/7 cup coconut milk

½ cup sea moss, 1 tea spoon cinnamon powder, juice of 1 lemon, 7 leaves bay leaf, 5 cups water , 1 cup coconut milk and molasses or agave syrup to taste.

1/4 cup coconut oil

Place sea moss in 2 cups of water and add lemon juice over sea moss.

Allow to soak overnight. Rinse sea moss thoroughly.

Place 5 cups of water in pot to boil with bay leaf and cinnamon. Add sea moss to boiling water allow to boil for 3 minutes then turn off heat.

Allow to cool for about 30 minutes then take out bay leaf from mixture. Place in blender and add coconut milk and molasses for taste. Blend gently for about 1 minute, drink warm or cooled.

Sea salt to taste 3 tablespoons oregano 2 tablespoons basil 1 teaspoon turmeric 1/2 cup chopped chives 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 teaspoon cumin 3 seasoning pepper 5 tomatoes 

Place stewing pan on the fire

Pour in oil

Add turmeric

Allow to simmer under low heat for 5 minutes

Strong Man Tea

Constituents

Ingredient

For Dough:

3 cups kelp, 1/2 cup turmeric root, 1 cup gully root, 1 cup man better man root and 5 bird peppers or 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper powder.

5 cups spelt flour 1 1/2 cup of coconut milk 1 pinch of sea salt

Place flour into mixing bowl

Sprinkle sea salt into the flour

Slowly add coconut milk

Mix dough and knead until soft but not sticky

Roll up and leave for 5 minutes

Knead dough once more and allow to rise for 30 minutes.

Place 5 cups of spring water to boil.

Place kelp, turmeric, gully root, man better man and bird peppers in mortar and pestle.

Pound until they form a consistent pulp.

Put pulp in a thermos and pour boiling water over the pulp.

Drink the first cup after the first 5 minutes and drink 1 cup every hour until the thermos is empty. Use strainer when pouring out tea.

Add chopped carrots

Radio therapy to the prostate involves concentrating a large quantity of heat to specific regions (normally using radioactive material), resulting in the death and genetic mutation of both good cells and cancerous cells. Having hot baths in volcanic pools and natural hot springs can have much better results as these waters apart from providing the necessary heat also contains minerals that are essential for proper functioning of the physical structure. As the heat opens the pores it allows also for the movement of minerals from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration (diffusion). Toxins within that area also move along a concentration gradient hence exiting the physical structure and thus aiding the healing process; the alkaline environment created will stimulate the immune system. Ingredients 2 gallon of spring water, 3 cups crushed ginger, 9 ounces cinnamon stick, 13 leaves bay leaf, 5 roots of gully root, 3 cups of gully root leaves, 3 cups venvain leaves, 1/4 cup castor oil and 7 tablespoons of sea salt. 

Place 1 gallon water to boil.

Add ginger, cinnamon, roots of gully root, sea salt and castor oil.

Allow to boil for 10 minutes.

Turn off heat and add other herbs.

This is an excellent snack for children and can be eaten hot or cooled. It is also useful in fighting constipation especially is 3 table spoons of flax seed boiled in the bay leaf water.

Break off hard shell of dry coconut an remove the white meat (endosperm) on the inside.

These pancakes are rich in potassium and other minerals thus will energize children and adults as well as enhancing alkalinity of the blood.

Chop meat finely and place in a stainless steel blender.

Start blender and pour boiling hot water, blend using pulse function for 1 min.

Strain liquid (milk) into separate container. Immediately blending 1 cup of the milk with black strap molasses and cinnamon.

Red

Constituents

Ingredients

1 cup spelt flour

1 cup each of frozen cherry, red raspberry, and strawberry.

1 cup water that was previously boiled with bay leaf

1/4 cup of Agave nectar.

1 cup mashed banana

1 cup water.

¼ teaspoon salt 2 pinches cinnamon powder

Place the 1 cup of red raspberry in blender and blend with the water.

Strain into a separate container.

Rinse out blender, place red raspberry juice with the remaining fruits and blend for 1 minute.

Pour in agave nectar and blend for another minute.

Pour into glass and drink. Can be drunk un- strained but the seeds of the raspberry can be difficult for some people.

Maple syrup

Blend all components together until smooth

Preheat iron pan on a low steady heat

Pour batter into pan to form a circular shape which has a diameter of roughly 5 inches and a thickness of about 3-5 centimeters

Allow to cook for about 4-5 minutes or until bottom is golden brown then turn onto the other side and allow to cook for about 3 minutes

Place maple syrup into stew pot with 3 sticks of cinnamon.

Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add 1 leave of sour sop, 7 leaves of vervain, 3 stalks of lemon grass (wrapped tightly and tied), 7 leaves of red raspberry and 1 tea spoon of rosemary to a glass tea jug.

Pour 1 1/2 cup of boiling water into the jug.

2 heads of chives finely chopped

Allow to sip for 5 minutes then pour through strainer ino a tea cup.

Drink unsweetened.

2 whole medium sized tomatoes chopped and deseeded 1 small beet grated

3 small seasoning peppers finely chopped 1 ounce parsley finely chopped ½ tablespoon sea salt 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Place carrot, cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes and beet into a salad bowl

Place chives, peppers, parsley, sea salt and coconut oil into a mortar and pestle

Pound these in the mortar and pestle until they are well crushed up together

Add them to the salad bowl with the vegetables

This tea helps to replenish the iron store of the woman and also helps to settle her nerves. Drunk just before bed it helps to ensure a calm rest and drunk first thing in the morning allows a humble disposition.

Simple Iron

Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes

Ingredients

Then add water up to half way the pot and raise the heat from low to high under it

While waiting for the water to boil in the pot, peel, wash and chop dasheen , green bananas and carrots

Start preparing dumplings by mixing flour, cornmeal and sea salt, then add a little water to bind the mixture. When done it should be very firm. Remove small portions roll between the 2 hands into an elongated shape and cut into small pieces with a knife. Do this with each elongated portion.

Once water is boiled add chopped dasheen, figs, carrots and dumplings to the pot, bring to boil then adjust to low heat

Allow to boil until dasheen is soft then add chopped broccoli

After 3 minutes add coconut cream and turn off heat

Cover the pot carefully and let it stay for 10 minutes

After allotted time serve and consume hot

1 Green banana and 3/4 spring water.

Wash a fresh green banana.

Pour 3/4 cup spring water into a glass.

Cut right through the green banana close to the tip and allow 13 drops of milk (juice from the skin) to fall into water.

Stir gently bless and drink.

In the case of Type 1 diabetes, the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys insulin producing cells, known as beta cells, in the pancreas. Scientists believe that a combination of genetic and environmental factors somehow triggers the immune system to destroy these cells. Genetic factors are more often lifestyles that have been handed down from generation to generation over a number of years. Some families have developed certain behaviors that put them at a certain predisposition to be affected by certain diseases. For instance if one is raised in a family where they religiously have bacon and rare steak daily there will be obesity in this family that will be seen throughout the generations. In addition to causing a buildup of glucose in the blood, untreated Type 1 diabetes affects the metabolism of fat. Because the body cannot convert glucose into energy, it begins to break down stored fat for fuel. Mix cornmeal and all the other substances listed above evenly

Coat tofu slices with the mixture/batter before frying in a pan of coconut oil that is 1 inch up from the bottom of the pan

Fry until both surfaces of the tofu is lightly browned

Tea When preparing teas one should never boil the herbs. The water should be boiled then after the heat is taken off one should place a pinch of herb in a cup and pour the hot water over the herb. The tea is then left for seven (7) minutes to infuse and drunk unsweetened. Roots and barks can be boiled since they are made of tougher material.

Diabetic tea. Tofu can be prepared in this manner and served with many other dishes.

Add enough oil to just cover the bottom of the pan

Add molasses

Allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring continually until tomatoes are well cooked and appear to have dissolved into a sauce

Remove boiled spaghetti from heat and drain

Stir spaghetti into tomato sauce to ensure it mixes properly

Cover the pan and let it remain over the heat for about 5 minutes then remove and put to the side

For the broccoli and cauliflower sauce add powdered and chopped seasoning to a pot with oil at the bottom under a medium heat

Allow to simmer then add cauliflower and stir

Then cover pot and allow to simmer for 5 minutes before adding broccoli

Let it simmer again for a further 3 minutes then add coconut milk, turn off the heat and allow to stay for 7 minutes

Chop tofu thinly into whatever desired shape

Pour the tea into a cup and drink unsweetened. Drink tea before meals.

Chop broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, bitter melon, salad beans and carrot finely, and place in glass bowl.

Place chopped chives, ½ sweet pepper chopped, thyme, parsley and celery in a mortar. Add one pinch of sea salt, one pinch of cayenne pepper and 5 tablespoons of coconut oil into mortar. Pound the contents of the mortar using the pestle into a consistent mixture, pour over bowl of chopped vegetables and thoroughly mix. Cover content of glass bowl.

Place the meat of the avocado into a bowl and crush with hands. Add 3 pinches sea salt, chives, sweet pepper, thyme, parsley, celery, and 4 table spoon of coconut oil into a mortar and pestle and pound until consistent. Add the content of the mortar into the bowl of crushed avocado.

Mix into a smooth consistency.

Open the 5 leaves of lettuce onto a plate.

Pour the contents of bowl equally into the lettuce leaves and roll each leaf to close.

The alfalfa sprouts can then be sprinkled evenly between each rolled up leaf of lettuce. The two components of the feast can be evenly separated on plates and consumed.

When peas is soft, remove from heat and drain

Place the seasoning into a deep stewing pan barely covered with oil at the bottom

Constituents

Allow to simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes

Add peas and allow to stew for a further 15 minutes stirring at regular intervals

Then add chopped broccoli and the corn seeds which would have previously been chopped off of the cob

Cover pot and let continue to cook for 2 minutes then add coconut milk and remove from heat

1 cup of fresh leaves of neem, moringa, and bitter melon. 1 cup of spring water.

Chocolate

Place red beans to soak overnight

Constituents

The following day place them to boil under medium heat in a pot with the 3 bay leafs

5 table spoons of 100% coco powder, 1 banana, 1 avocado, 2 glasses coconut milk, 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon powder.

Also place the dasheen peeled, washed and chopped into a pot of boiling water

Allow to boil until soft but firm

While the peas and dasheen are boiling, place seasonings (i.e. chives, turmeric, salt, cumin and cayenne pepper) for the African Fried Cous-cous in a pan under medium heat

When seasoning is sizzling add ½ cup of the coconut milk and allow to boil for 5 minutes then slowly pour in the cous-cous while stirring

After adding cous-cous continue to stir while pouring in the rest of the coconut milk

After adding all the coconut milk, its level should be about an inch above the level of the cous- cous.

Cover the pan and remove the heat

Allow to stay for a minimum of 10 minutes

Remove dasheen from heat once boiled to correct texture

Strain, place in a bowl ,sprinkle with the sea salt and pour the coconut oil over them being sure to spread the oil as evenly as possible

Place to the side until ready to use

Place all dry ingredients into blender.

Start blender.

Pour in coconut milk and blend till consistent.

The pressure in the arteries is approximately 120 systolic (as the heart contracts). This is commonly expressed as 120/80. Blood pressure up to 150/90 is usually considered normal. But if a person‟s blood pressure is continually above 150/90, then we say that he has high blood pressure or hypertension. When hypertension has no known causes, it is called “Essential Hypertension.” It is characterized by a progressively increasing elevation of both systolic and diastolic arterial pressures. Other symptoms frequently observed are headache, dizziness, impaired vision, failing memory, shortness of breath, pain over the heart, and gastrointestinal disturbances such as gastritis and diarrhea. Hypertension can lead to heart failure (heart attack), Cerebral hemorrhage (stroke) and chronic kidney disease. In a study done in Antigua in 2010 it was found that more than 5% children in the age group of 0-5years already suffers with hypertension. Essential Hypertension is caused mainly by high salt (sodium) intake and this has been proven in studies done as far back as in the 1960‟s. Some lines of evidence are as follows: 1. Low incidence of hypertension was found among primitive human races even if they differed widely in ethnic, cultural, and geographic backgrounds. Grate the half of the large sweet corn into the potato and add coconut milk

Add cauliflower and let cook for 3 minutes them add broccoli and coconut milk

Add grated carrot cover pot and allow to stay for 10 minutes

After this time, dish out a portion of the blessed spirals with mashed potato and boiled corn

1/2 cup prunes, 2 cup moringa juice, 2 bananas. Direction 

Prepare moringa juice by blending 3 cups fresh moringa leaves in 1 1/2 cup water and strain.

Use juice from moringa in blender and add prunes and bananas.

In another pot place corn (each of which is chopped in half) to boil for 7- 10 minutes in the spring water, once boiling add salt

In the mean time place chopped seasonings (chives, tomatoes, parsley, small leaf thyme, and peppers) into deep stewing pan under low heat

Directions: 

Place boiling water into a tea cup.

Add herbs to cup of hot water.

Allow to draw for 5 minutes.

Strain and drink.

How many times we ask our self what life enhancing properties our food posses or do we just say: “it looks good”, “it taste good”, and just devour it.

Many people with PHDs cannot even live pass 40 years with out diabetes, hypertension, prostate cancer and breast cancer. With all the so called education they posses they know nothing about self. The ancients were able to live to 80 years easily now a days if a man live to 50 years he is considered lucky. Now tell me, what does luck have to do with staying alive. It should be a priority for everyone to learn of self and know what their food suppose to be. The food we eat can either build us or kill us as it builds up all our cells and fuel all our catabolic and anabolic processes. “you are what you eat”: animals killed go through severe stress and trauma thus their blood stream reflects such, in the form of hormones and other bio-chemicals. Then using a cookie cutter of whatever desired design cut the dough out and place the different pieces onto an oiled baking pan

Pineapple and Orange Juice

Place in oven previously preheated at a medium temperature

1 whole pineapple

Allow to bake for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly brown then turn them on the other side and allow to bake for another 5-10 minutes

Maple syrup to taste

Constituents

Juice of 3 oranges

3 cups spring water

Once lightly browned remove from heat and allow to cool then feast

Peel pineapple and chop into cubes

Place the chopped cubes into a blender with 3 cups of water and allow to blend

The food of 7 Vegan Biscuits are usually a favorite amongst children as well as grown ups

Once blended, strain into a jug

Add remaining water and orange juice

Sweeten with honey to taste- if the pineapples and oranges were sweet, it would not need much sweetener but if they were not sweet it would need more.

Can be served chilled or at room temperature

Pineapple and lemon juice can be prepared using the same method only use the juice of 1 lemon instead of 3.

Coconut Milk Shake Constituents The milk of 1 whole coconut using 1 ½ cup spring water 1 handful raw cashew nuts (roasted can work but raw is first preference) 4 whole well ripened bananas 1/2 cup sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon farine Sweetener to taste if necessary 

Place the coconut milk in a blender and blend at low speed

Add cashew nuts to coconut milk

Increase to high speed

Add sesame seeds and bananas

After a few seconds add cinnamon and nutmeg powder and farine

Allow to blend until mixture appears smooth and there is no longer the appearance of large pieces

Once satisfied with its creamy appearance, turn off blender

Pour spring water and oil into a bowl

Add sea salt and using a whisk, whisk the mixture until it is frothy

Add sesame seed and flax seed and continue whisking

Add spelt flour bit by bit while still mixing it in with a fork this time

When the mixture becomes sticky and difficult to stir with fork, put the fork aside and start using hands to gently knead the dough

After the mixture is soft and smooth, no longer sticking, roll out about ½ inch thick

During this time a complimentary dish can be prepared for the dough e.g. a peas stew, stir fried vegetables or vegetable stew etc. according to one‟s desire

After 25-30 minutes take one of the bell shaped dough and roll it out bigger and flatter than previously.

Place roti pan on cooker over medium heat

Using the same teaspoon fill it with oil then spread over the upper surface of the rolled out dough using the same procedure as before

Add the rolled out and oiled dough to the hot roti pan being sure to put the oiled surface down on the surface of the pan (if one does not have the specific roti pan, an iron pan can be used because of the thick structure which provides the desired cooking)

As the dough gets hotter fill the teaspoon with oil again and spread on the upper surface of the dough that is being cooked on the pan

When little bubbles are seen forming in the cooking dough use the spoon to carefully turn it over so that the other side may be cooked as well

After 2-3 minutes remove the roti and place in a bowl. Cover the bowl and shake gently for a few seconds

Then place the roti between a cloth in a bowl and repeat the same procedures to cook the other portions

Strawberry Smoothie Constituents 3 cups of frozen strawberry 1 cups water 5 tablespoons maple syrup

Add strawberry to blender

Start blender at high speed

Add water

Blend for 1 minute

Add maple syrup

Blend for another minute

Pour into cup and full joy

Using a rolling pin, roll out into small circular shape not too thin. Almost fill a teaspoon with oil from the half cup of oil and spread on the upper surface of the rolled out dough using the bottom of the spoon to help the spreading action After the oil has been well spread on the surface place the tip of the same spoon at the centre of the dough pressing deep enough to penetrate the dough fully then pull it towards the edge of the dough i.e. cutting it from the centre to the edge.

Place the spoon down then hold the dough at one of the edge that is cut and roll it up from the centre to the edge along the cut.

Continue to roll until the rolling goes right around the surface of the rolled dough and meets up to the other side of the cut edge and a bell shaped structure is formed.

Push in the pointed edge of the bell shaped structure with the index finger to close it up and use the thumb and other fingers to push in the lower broader part of the bell shaped dough

Place aside on a floured surface and repeat the same procedure for the remaining portions

When done allow to stay for 25-30 minutes.

Almond Milk Shake Constituents 5 cups almond milk unsweetened 1 handful cashew nuts 3 very ripe bananas 5 dates (deseeded) 3 tablespoons blackstrap molasses

Place almond milk and cashew nut in a blender and blend on high speed

Add ripe bananas and dates.

Serve chilled in a large glass (may still desire a second serving for 1 individual-so delicious)

Refreshing Beet and Lemon Juice

The Food Of 7 Roti Dough Constituents 3 cups whole spelt flour 1 tablespoon sea salt 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or organic coconut oil 1 cup spring water ½ cup extra virgin olive oil or organic coconut oil

Constituents 1 whole large beet

Add whole spelt flour to a mixing bowl

Sprinkle salt into the flour. Using a fork mix them in further

Add the 3 tablespoons oil in to mixture and continue to mix in with the fork in an effort to have them as evenly mixed as possible

Slowly and gently pour in the spring water while continuing to mix in with the fork

When done pouring the water use hands to gently knead the dough until mixture is tender, soft, smooth and no longer sticky. (If too sticky add a bit more flour, if too firm add a bit more water)

Juice of 1 whole lemon Honey 1 1/2 cups spring water

Wash and chop beet and place in a blender with 2 cups of the spring water and allow to blend

Once well blended, strain into a jug

Add the rest of the spring water as well as the lemon juice to the jug.

Separate dough into tight handful portions( approximately 7 portions )

Return the pan in the oven and allow to bake for another 10-15 minutes. When both sides are lightly browned to golden browned remove the Heartical Yatties from the oven and turn off heat. After Yatties are allowed to cool, one is free to full joy their extraordinary flavor.

Yellow split peas or grated cauliflower may be substituted for lentil peas. As well one can use whole wheat flour instead of spelt flour but spelt flour provides a richer flavor and it is not acidic rather, it is alkaline.

Add honey and stir until honey is dissolved completely

Place in the fridge to chill

Serve

This is a very nutritious and refreshing drink especially on hot days

Cherry Smoothie

Cover pan and allow to simmer again for another 7-10 minutes then turn off heat.

Preheat oven on medium heat.

Now return to dough mixture and fill it with the lentil peas by using a rolling pin to roll out one of the less than a handful portions into a circular shape .Add a tablespoon of the stewed lentil peas onto half of the rolled dough spreading it out only on that half taking care not to go too close to the edge and leaving the other half bare.

When done fold the half that does not have the peas over onto the half with the peas and using a fork, close/seal down the edge creating a beautiful ridged design.

Place the dough with the peas filling onto a previously oiled baking pan. Continue to fill the other less than a handful portions with the lentil peas and place them in the pan one by one, not touching each other.

Place baking pan with dough with peas filling into the preheated oven. When the scent of the mixture being baked can be sensed in the air (approximately 15-20 minutes) remove pan and turn the dough over so the other side may be baked/browned as well.

Constituents 3 cups pineapple juice ½ a handful raw cashew nut Maple syrup to sweeten 3 cups frozen cherries 3 whole frozen bananas

Blend cherries in 1 ½ cup spring water, strain and put to freeze

Blend pineapple juice and cashew nuts together while adding enough maple syrup to sweeten

Continue to blend while adding frozen cherries and bananas

When smooth and creamy pour into a glass and full joy

One can use a straw or just sip

Place lentils in a pot with water and allow to boil until lentils are soft but firm.

Coconut Starts

While lentils are boiling mix water, 1/2 cup oil and ½ teaspoon sea salt in a separate bowl, whisk them together until they are intricately mixed and appear a bit frothy.

For dough:

Then, add in flour bit by bit beating it in after every bit to ensure it is mixed in evenly.

Constituents

1 cup coconut milk 1 dash of sea salt 1 dash of cinnamon powder

When mixture becomes thick and difficult to beat start using hand to gently knead in the flour.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Stop adding flour when the mixture becomes smooth and no longer sticky.

For filling:

Separate the mixture into less than a handful portions (should have approximately 12 parts depending on the size of handfuls). When done sprinkle with flour and cover until ready for use (after filling is ready).

Spelt flour

1 whole grated coconut 1 whole grated nutmeg 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder ½ tablespoon ginger powder or grated ginger

Place stewing pan on cooker with a low heat under it. When pan is hot add chopped chives, peppers, parsley and tomato then add the oil to just cover the bottom of the pan.

¼ cup molasses sugar

Add chopped basil and other powdered seasoning one after the other including sea salt.

For Dough

Stir seasonings gently in oil to make sure heat is distributed evenly. Allow to simmer on low heat for 3 minutes, then stir in lentil peas.

Pour coconut milk into a mixing bowl and add salt, cinnamon powder, and extra virgin olive oil

Using a fork beat in mixture

Slowly and steadily add spelt flour while mixing it in with

Heartical Yatties

When the mixture becomes thick and sticky continue to add flour but this time use hand to knead

Constituents

Add flour and mix until dough is smooth and no longer sticky. Cover and place in a corner for 20 minutes For Filling: 

To the grated coconut add the nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder or grated ginger and molasses sugar Mix together well so all will be evenly distributed

½ cup oil (olive oil or coconut oil) ½ cup water ½ teaspoon sea salt spelt flour 1 cup lentil peas 2 head chives 3-5 whole small seasoning peppers 1 0z parsley 2 dashes cumin powder

Combination: 

After 20 minutes roll out dough into a rectangular shape about quarter of an inch thick

Evenly spread the coconut mixture across the top leaving just a little space from the edges

Taking one of the longer edges of the rectangle shape, carefully roll along the whole length until it meets the other longer edge Then using a fork seal/close the 2 short edges (top and bottom) and the longer edge that can be seen on the outside- close this off on the part of the dough where it lies

Using a very sharp knife, cut across the length of the rolled dough into desired lengths

1 dash cayenne pepper powder 3 dashes turmeric powder 1 dash chopped basil 1 whole medium sized tomato Sea salt to taste Oil (olive or coconut) that just covers the bottom of stewing pan

When oil is hot, place the formed balls in one at a time making sure not to full pan to maximum capacity

Allow to fry until golden brown turning them occasionally to insure uniform cooking

Place into a container with brown paper to remove excess oil

Once cooled full joy

Place cut pieces on an oiled and floured pan in such a manner that the swirls (made visible from the cutting) can be seen on the sides of the pieces when laid in the pan

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the underside is lightly browned then turn them on the other side and bake until that side is lightly browned as well- approximately 15 more minutes

Place the peas in a pot of boiling spring water and allow to cook

Remove from heat once the peas have just begun to get soft

While peas is being cooked, chop all seasonings and place in a stewing pan that has oil which barely covers the bottom

Place the pan over medium to low heat

To the heated seasoning add the cayenne pepper, turmeric, cumin and sea salt to taste

After allowing to simmer for 5-7 minutes add boiled black eye peas

Allow to simmer for another 7 minutes stirring continually

Remove from heat and place the peas into a mortar and pestle and pound until peas and seasoning are crushed

Remove from mortar and pestle and place into a mixing bowl

Add corn meal mix it in evenly

Then add spelt flour just to bind mixture

Take out small portions to form 2 inch diameter little balls

Pour enough oil into frying pan to reach 1 inch up the pan

Place frying pan over medium heat.
