INTRODUCTION The vegan path of life is one of life-promotion. It promotes a dis -ease free lifestyle quid pro quo longevity. The doctors may tell you that diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arteriosclerosis and obesity are hereditary or they may even tell you that you are predisposed to cancer because your grandmother, mother and aunts had all been diagnosed with it but choosing a vegan lifestyle will immediately break that hereditary chain and throw the 'predisposition' out of the window. The undisputable fact is that all diseases are influenced strongly by one's lifestyle habits especially what is consumed on a daily basis for example, one may develop diabetes because of an over consumption of synthetic sugary foods or obesity as a result of the intake of foods rich in the bad cholesterol such as those from animal sources. The vegan lifestyle eliminates these possibilities. Look at it this way also; living on a plant base diet not only promotes life for you but also the millions of animals that perish daily, from the whale to the yard fowl. As this knowledge becomes more and more widespread, one who sees the truth and practicality in it ,may be faced with the challenge of coming up with vegan recipes that are nourishing to the goody (body), satisfying to the stomach, exciting to the taste buds and intriguing to the eyes. The Food Of 7 Vegan Cookbook brings to its readers/users a selection of delicious and nutritious recipes. It is geared toward providing an informative guide for those who have realized the importance and necessity for feasting well and using their food as medicine.

Who am I? Where do I come from? Where am I going? How do I get there? What must I do? When do I start?
We are on the journey of immortality. We were conceived from the dust of stars and the thoughts of our ancestors. We must return to that state of immortality that oneness with nature and self. One needs to look into self and understand self by getting the knowledge of right. One must examine all the conventional truths and rigorously test its veracity. Then we must discard the lies and the false pretense and pick up the right and become right. YOU start now.
The emotional and spiritual self cannot function without the physical self. Our thoughts can make us well or sick. The human brain is the organ that converts thoughts into chemicals called hormones. For instance when one is having a joyous thought he can only feel joyous and happy through the action of the brain. That is the brain will produce the feel good hormone that will act upon the human anatomy and give it the sensation
of joy. When the physical structure is exposed to these feel good hormones they will function optimally. Thus the immune system will be able to fight against pathogens and also toxins in the environment with ease.
Add 1/4 tea spoon each of the powdered coriander, mustard, fennel and cumin into pot and stirring continuously.
Add 1/4 cup coconut cream then add chopped vegetables .
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt over the vegetable and stir.
Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
On the contrary when one is sad and stressed out the brain will produce the stress hormone cortisol which will make the physical structure feel sick and depressed. Therefore that the physical structure will be ill equipped to deal with pathogens and toxins from the atmosphere. This individual will always be sick and will suffer from many ailments.
The structural basis and integrity of these hormones both the feel good and the feel bad comes from the food we eat. Thus it is important that we consume high quality foods to produce high quality biochemical molecule.
You are what you eat so if you eat junk then your biochemical molecules will be composed of junky proteins. The food we eat can heal us or kill us. Each journey starts with one step, the knowledge of self; having read the herbal manual we are better place to know how our goody (body) function and what it needs to keep it functioning good. We provide vegan guidelines that one can practice to perfection in the comfort of the home. Eat well be well and live well.

The Almighty God created man, beast, plants and all that is within our environment. The Almighty God has thus set guidelines “commandments” that man and beast must abide by. Just like the sea knows its boundaries and the ears never get full of hearing man suppose to live by the set principles of their creator to be in harmony with all of nature and to maintain the set equilibrium of creation. Every country has laws that maintain a degree of peace and unity among the people. When these laws are broken people get punished through imprisonment and sometimes even death. Why then should we be surprise that the CREATOR of Zion and earth has laws, natural laws that we must adhere to if we must guarantee our survival? The punishment one gets from breaking the laws of God is dis-ease and death. Let’s look at how things were in the beginning: After the earth was created and was furnished with all living “And GOD said, behold I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the

things, the Great Architect, The Master Creator said to man, that your meat (not flesh) shall be herbs bearing seeds (basil, cannabis sativa, cinnamon) and fruits of a tree yielding seeds (papaya, guava, coconut, tomato); basically fruits, nuts and vegetables. We now a days refer to the carcass of animals in a semidecomposed state (chicken, pork, beef, snake, lizard, frog) that furnishes our plates on our tables as meat. Many people are actually working to go to heaven, will there be any dead animals consumed as food? NO, even the lion shall be feeding on straw. Man has to do away with the wicked act of taking life to satisfy his greed and lust of the flesh and return to the biblical diet: as it was in the beginning so shall it be in the end. Many ones do swear over the bible and yet they refuse to acknowledge the basic truths that are written therein.
We were given a specific nutritional guideline because we were created spiritually, anatomically, physiologically and psychologically to tolerate and consume a particular type of food. When we look at the digestive system of a cow or sheep (herbivores) and we analyze the structure of the bucal cavity (mouth) it can be obviously noted that it is very similar to that of a man. The bucal cavity of the sheep will contain predominantly molars, premolars and a few incisors, which is ideal for the cutting, crushing and grinding of seeds, herbs, fruits and vegetables. When we then look at the bucal cavity of the man we see that the arrangement of the different types of teeth is almost identical. We can

then infer logically that man should consume as the bible says fruits yielding seeds and herbs yielding seeds; nuts, grains, fruits and vegetable.
Ezekiel 47:12..... “And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.” The leaf of the trees shall be used for medicine as the book of The digestive systems of humans, dogs, mice, horses, kangaroos and great white sharks are, to a first approximation, virtually identical. If you look more carefully however, it becomes apparent that each of these species has evolved certain digestive specializations that have allowed it to adapt to a particular diet. These differences become particularly apparent when you compare a carnivore like a cat with a herbivore like a goat or a horse. Goats and horses evolved from ancestors that subsisted on plants and adapted parts of their digestive tracts into massive fermentation vats which enabled them to efficiently utilize cellulose, the major carbohydrate of plants. In contrast, cats evolved from animals that lived on the carcasses
of other animals, and have digestive systems that reflect this history - extremely small fermentation vats and essentially no ability to utilize cellulose. The digestive system depicted below - a carnivore;

is the simplest among mammals. Other species like humans have a more or very much more extensive large intestine to enhance interactions with enzymes and microbes that aid in the breaking down of nutrients and eventually absorption. A dog is a carnivore which will eat anything, predominantly carcasses. Thus it has a very simple digestive system and a short large intestine to

minimize the length of time food takes to move along the alimentary track. The carcasses of animals usually contain lots of worms and other parasites which continue to strive even when these carcasses are cooked in extreme heat. How then does the dog eliminate all these worms from its body? Dogs usually eat the remainder of the dead animals from the plates of their owners, so it is safe to say that the majority of dogs have a similar if not identical diet (die-ate) to their owners. The dog
when overwhelmed with worms will go to the wild, eat some grass and then vomit and defecate a number of worms. Where did these worms come from? From their food. Where did the food come from? From their master’s plate. The master of the dog who eats the same food as the dog is no longer connected with the herbs that he will be able to use to eliminate these worms from his system. His system remains infested by these worms and he develops sickness and disease. Other species have a more or very much more extensive large intestine, and ruminants like cattle and sheep have a large set of fore stomachs through which food passes before it reaches the stomach. This allows fermentation to take place and also increase the length of time that the cellulose is exposed to the cellulactic

or what we refer to as a vegan. In England the farmers decided that they were loosing too much by throwing away the intestines, skin and other non edible parts of the slaughtered cow. So, they decided to add these so call waste to the feeds of the cows. What happened? We had the development of the disease “mad cow disease”, because men fed a herbivore flesh,
contradicting the very laws of nature. What now do we expect to happen to man who is naturally created to consume fruits, nuts and vegetables and is now consuming all types of dead animals from frogs to monkeys. They will suffer just like the cows who ate beef suffered and their entire behavior will also be mutated, to what we see in our society daily; crime, homosexuality, disease and suffering.
The Food Of 7 Vegan Corn Bread
God created all things and placed them in the region on earth where they can feed, reproduce and grow with ease. Look at the polar bear, it is a carnivore and its system is designed to tolerate below zero temperatures. If this bear is placed in the tropics and given berries and grass to survive on, it will die because it has been placed in an environment that is not conducive to its continuing existence. The biblical or natural diet of the polar bear is predominantly fresh fish and other animals that live in the natural habitat of the polar bear like seals and penguins. Lets now look at a zebra that was created to feed on grass and occupy the tropical regions of earth. Feeding this animal fish and seals will kill it in weeks. If the zebra is taken from the tropics and placed in the temperate regions like the north or south pole it will be very difficult to get food and also extremely difficult to survive the harsh cold. People swear over the bible all the time yet they refuse to acknowledge and live by the basic truth that is between the covers. Each day people eat food stuff but not real food and spend their money on junk (rubbish) foods, artificially flavored sodas,

soul delight in fatness.” Isaiah 55:2 fake fruits and dead animals. Whatever amount of money they “save”, while slaving on a job will then be used to try to “save” them from dis-ease. How? By popping pills (non foods, drugs), surgery (cutting off pieces of themselves), injections and organ transplants as recommended. The human being (bean) is made up of cells coming together to form tissues, which then unite structurally and functionally to form organs that make up the human organism. Since we are organism we need natural and organic foods to nourish, strengthen and heal us. These foods will be able to interact with the organism (man) because all things are related and come from the same source. Non-foods such as junk are not real thus they will only increase the work load of the anatomy and contribute very little if any to its survival.
Water A person can survive only eight to ten days without water, whereas it takes weeks or even months to die from a lack of food. Water circulates through our blood and lymphatic system, transporting oxygen and nutrients to cells and removing wastes through urine and sweat. Water also maintains the natural balance between dissolved salts and water inside and outside of cells. Our joints and soft tissues depend on the cushioning that water provides for them. While water has no caloric value and therefore is not an energy source, without it in our goody we could not digest or absorb the foods we eat or eliminate the body‟s digestive waste. The human body is 70 percent water. How much water a person needs depends largely on the volume of urine and sweat lost daily, and water needs are increased if a person suffers from diarrhea or vomiting or undergoes heavy physical exercise. Water is replenished by drinking liquids such as spring water, coconut water and consuming fruits and vegetables, which increase the output of urine and thus dehydrate the body. Fruits and vegetables, are 80 to 95 percent water; and grains, such as oats and rice, can have as much as 35 percent water. Inadequate water consumption may contribute to excess body fats, poor muscle tone, digestive disorders, poor functioning of organs, joint and muscle soreness and water retention. Consuming the correct quantity and quality of water can slow the aging process and can prevent arthritis, kidney stones, constipation, arteriosclerosis, obesity, glaucoma, cataracts and diabetes. The best water to drink is spring wate and one should over drinking water from plastic bottles as they xeno-estrogens that can lead to cancer and diabetes.

Foods for the Male Reproductive System.
Constituents 1 medium sized papaya 1 small pineapple 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
The prostate gland is about the size of a walnut and surrounds the neck of a man‟s bladder and urethra (the tube that carries urine from the bladder). It is made up of three lobes: a central lobe with one lobe on each side.
3 small kiwis
Peel and deseed papaya and cut into cubes.
Peel and chop pineapple into cubes
Carefully peel and slice kiwis about 5 centimeters thick
Place all fruits into a fruit bowl
Pour orange juice over mixture and ensure that all fruits are covered with orange juice
Take a serving and fulljoy
This salad is ideal for breaking the fast (breakfast). It detoxifies the structure and adds much necessary fiber as well as very important nutrients. The function of the prostate is to produce, store and secrete an alkaline fluid, milky in appearance. The alkalinity of semen helps neutralize the acidity of the vaginal tract, prolonging the lifespan of sperm.
The prostate also contains some smooth muscles that help expel semen during ejaculation.
cayenne pepper powder and chives until creamy in texture.
Roll out the dough and place in pizza pan.
Prostatic secretions are generally composed of simple sugars, protein, prostatic acid phosphatase, and prostate-specific antigen (PSA). The secretions also contain zinc with a concentration 500 -1,000 times the concentration in blood.
Sprinkle all chopped vegetables and chopped oregano over the dough.
Add tomato sauce over topping.
Add chopped egg plants.
Pour over tofu cream evenly over topping.
Place in pre-heated oven at 350ºC
Bake for 30 minutes or when top is brown
Seeing that the prostate gland is located right under the bladder one would then comprehend the increase in urgency and frequency of urination when the prostate gland is inflamed. However, with further inflammation we will notice an increase in urgency but decrease in frequency as we can see that the urethra passes through the prostate gland. As the prostate gland increases in size this would result in the compression of the urethra making it more difficult for the urine to flow freely. It‟s also important to observe the proximity of the rectum to the prostate gland, thus if one is constipated this will displace the prostate and also put undue pressure on the gland resulting in an inflammatory process. Keeping a clean bowel goes a long way in maintaining prostatic wellness. There is a very high quantity of zinc in prostatic secretions (500-1,000 times the concentration in blood) thus excessive sexual activity will result in a depletion of zinc and eventually prostate cancer. PSA is produced for the ejaculate where it liquefies the semen in the seminal coagulum and allows sperm to swim freely. It is also believed to be instrumental in dissolving the cervical mucous cap, allowing the entry of sperm. PSA levels can also be increased by prostatitis, irritation, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and recent ejaculation, producing a false positive result. Digital rectal examination (DRE) produces an increase in PSA. It is important that one keeps the rectum free from any foreign objects and also large amounts of faeces.

Radio therapy to the prostate involves concentrating a large quantity of heat to specific regions (normally using radioactive material), resulting in the death and genetic mutation of both good cells and cancerous cells. Having hot baths in volcanic pools and natural hot springs can have much better results as these waters apart from providing the necessary heat also contains minerals that are essential for proper functioning of the physical structure. As the heat opens the pores it allows also for the movement of minerals from an area of high concentration to an area of low concentration (diffusion). Toxins within that area also move along a concentration gradient hence exiting the physical structure and thus aiding the healing process; the alkaline environment created will stimulate the immune system. Sitting in hot water is also a method of birth control as the hot water destroys sperms hence reducing sperm count. If a hot spring is not available the following can be used as a bath:
Cover pot and allow to simmer for 7 minutes then add cauliflower and cover pot
After 3 minutes add coconut milk, turn off heat

Foods for the Female Reproductive System The woman has an integral part to play in our survival as a nation of people, thus a concentrated effort deserves to be placed in preserving the genetic integrity of our females. “Feed a man you feed an individual, feed a woman you feed a nation”. From creation the woman has been represented as the water „The Nun‟ into which the spirit of Ra plunges and gives us the first created being. The woman brings forth life and nourishes it. It is known that many of the chemicals in so called food like DES has the potential of causing a de-methylation of the DNA leading to an increased risk of as much as 80% of a female getting fibroids or cancer. These chemicals actually causes a mutation in the genotype of our woman thus we have a different phenotypic characteristic being manifested as the genes serve as the template or blueprint of the physical structure. What you eat, like it or not, has the power to change you and your children. When a young girl begins the period of adolescence (adult-lesssense) this results in the increase production of the female hormone estrogen that causes physical, social, emotional and spiritual changes in that person.
There will be an increase in the growth rate, the girl‟s structure becomes more round and soft, pubic hairs begin to grow and she begins to menstruate, increased interest in the opposite sex and she begins to make certain decisions on her own. All these changes are influenced by a simple chemical that changes both the physical appearance and mentality of the individual. If this girl is exposed to chemicals with similar properties as estrogen, we would observe similar changes in that person. For instance if we inject estrogen into the blood stream of a 5 year old girl she will grow faster and develop breast and also begin to menstruate.
5 leaves of chives
Many young children begin to go through adolescence at a much earlier age because of these chemicals found in the foods and food containers. We now see the age of adolescence decreased from 13 years to 7 years in some girls and the younger a child begins to menstruate the greater the risk of developing breast cancer and other cancers as the structure will be exposed to a larger quantity of estrogen from an earlier age. Foods, that have been given growth hormones, such as chicken, pork, beef and fish and also food containers made from plastic should be avoided. Soy products that are genetically modified should also be avoided.

Female hormonal chart. The pituitary gland is controlled by the hypothalamus which coordinates the entire endocrine system. When changes are needed the hypothalamus will produce chemicals that will either suppress or stimulate hormone secretion from the pituitary gland. This will result in the regulation of activities such as milk production, ovulation, menstruation, pregnancy and sexual desires, through the direct coordination of the other glands of the Woman‟s structure. The emotional status of a woman is also controlled by the endocrine system. Eat well!!!

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disorder of carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism, characterized by high levels of blood glucose. It results from insufficient production of insulin by the pancreas or decrease sensitivity. Without insulin, the body cannot utilize glucose. In people with diabetes, glucose levels build up in the blood and urine, causing excessive urination, thirst, hunger, and problems with fat and protein metabolism. Diabetes mellitus differs from the less common diabetes insipidus, which is caused by lack of the hormone vasopressin, which controls the amount of urine excreted. What is insulin and why is it so important? Each cell needs glucose to perform it‟s daily task like the eyes seeing and the ears hearing. Glucose being in the blood does not automatically means that the cells have access to it as each cell is separated from the blood by a cell membrane. It is the job of the insulin to open channels in the membrane, through which the glucose can
enter and thus be used by the cells to obtain energy.

Types of diabetes Having knowledge of how the anatomy functions normally enables us to better understand the dis-ease processes of the system. When one suffers from diabetes the day to day activity of insulin will be severely compromised hence we have a pathology or what we refer to as disease.

Type 1 diabetes
3 heads of chives
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease, that is, a condition in which the bodyâ€&#x;s disease-fighting immune system goes awry and attacks healthy tissues. In the case of Type 1 diabetes, the immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys insulin producing cells, known as beta cells, in the pancreas. Scientists believe that a combination of genetic and environmental factors somehow triggers the immune system to destroy these cells. Genetic factors are more often lifestyles that have been handed down from generation to generation over a number of years. Some families have developed certain behaviors that put them at a certain predisposition to be affected by certain diseases. For instance if one is raised in a family where they religiously have bacon and rare steak daily there will be obesity in this family that will be seen throughout the generations. Environmental factors, such as certain viruses, may also contribute to the development of the disease, particularly in people who already have a genetic predisposition for the disease.
5 small seasoning peppers 1 large tomato 1 ounce parsley 3 dashes chopped oregano 2 dashes chopped basil 1 ounce small leaf thyme 3 dashes cayenne pepper powder 2 tablespoons sea salt 1 cup coconut cream (more concentrated coconut milk)
In addition to causing a buildup of glucose in the blood, untreated Type 1 diabetes affects the metabolism of fat. Because the body cannot convert glucose into energy, it begins to break down stored fat for fuel. This produces increasing amounts of acidic compounds in the blood called ketone bodies, which interfere with cellular respiration, the energy-producing process in cells.

In Type 2 diabetes, formerly known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and adult-onset diabetes, the body‟s delicate balance between insulin production and the ability of cells to use insulin goes awry. Symptoms characteristic of Type 2 diabetes include those found in Type 1 diabetes, as well as repeated infections or skin sores that heal slowly or not at all, generalized tiredness, and tingling or numbness in the hands or feet. The onset of Type 2 diabetes usually occurs after the age of 45, although the incidence of the disease in younger people is growing rapidly. Because symptoms develop slowly, individuals with the disease may not immediately recognize that they are sick. In addition, there is a strong relationship between obesity and Type 2 diabetes. About 80 percent of diabetics with this form of the disease are significantly overweight. Symptoms of diabetes · High blood glucose level (hyperglycemia) · Glucose in urine (glycosuria)

I remember when my grandmother was diagnosed with diabetes many years ago it was recommended that she stopped using sucrose sugar and begin using the synthetic sugar “Nutra Sweet”. It was found out years later that a diabetic using these types of sugars was in the same predicament as an asthmatic stiffing a handful of pollen. Now why? “In a letter to the editor and in one article published in the United States Air Force AirMen's News, it was noted that aspartame ingestion causes elevated spiking on the ECG, resulting in grand mal seizures and blackout episodes in the cockpit. Dozens have lost their jobs due to aspartame-related medical problems." Thus pilots and drivers of other high risk machinery are advised to restrain from the consumption of foods containing aspartame and flavor enhancers like MSG.

The pressure in the arteries is approximately 120 systolic (as the heart contracts). This is commonly expressed as 120/80. Blood pressure up to 150/90 is usually considered normal. But if a person‟s blood pressure is continually above 150/90, then we say that he has high blood pressure or hypertension. When hypertension has no known causes, it is called “Essential Hypertension.” It is characterized by a progressively increasing elevation of both systolic and diastolic arterial pressures. Other symptoms frequently observed are headache, dizziness, impaired vision, failing memory, shortness of breath, pain over the heart, and gastrointestinal disturbances such as gastritis and diarrhea. Hypertension can lead to heart failure (heart attack), Cerebral hemorrhage (stroke) and chronic kidney disease. In a study done in Antigua in 2010 it was found that more than 5% children in the age group of 0-5years already suffers with hypertension. Essential Hypertension is caused mainly by high salt (sodium) intake and this has been proven in studies done as far back as in the 1960‟s. Some lines of evidence are as follows: 1. Low incidence of hypertension was found among primitive human races even if they differed widely in ethnic, cultural, and geographic backgrounds. A common factor among all of these groups was a low intake of sodium.
2. Hyper tension can be produced experimentally in animals by administration of various steroids in conjunction with added sodium chloride in the diet. Chronic ingestion of excess sodium chloride alone could also produce a disease in rats that mimicked hypertension.
African Fried Cous-Cous, Boiled Dasheen with Avocado and Stewed Red Beans
3. Africans in the Caribbean who ate large amounts of salt, chiefly in salted pork and fish, because of their poor economic state, were found to have much higher incidence of hypertension than the whites or Panamanian Indians in the same area.
1 cup organic cous –cous
4. Poor whites in southern America who ate a great deal of salted pork from early childhood, sometimes three times a day, had a higher incidence of hypertension than other whites who used less salted foods. Cowâ€&#x;s milk contains a considerable amount of salt, and a fivemonth-old infant drinking a quart of milk a day will average one and a half grams of salt. This is what some of those on a low-salt diet get in a day from all foods.

The definition of food is “therapeutic and life enhancing”, meaning that it makes you feel better and heal your diseases. It is wrong to call any substance „junk food‟ because it can‟t be junk and food at the same time. How many times do we eat and approach our food with the intention of getting healed and feeling better? How many times we ask our self what life enhancing properties our food posses or do we just say: “it looks good”, “it taste good”, and just devour it.
People make it a priority to learn how to use their cell phone, what type of fuel their vehicle use, all their computer software but never take a time to find out nor learn about the foods they suppose to consume. Many people with PHDs cannot even live pass 40 years with out diabetes, hypertension, prostate cancer and breast cancer. With all the so called education they posses they know nothing about self. The ancients were able to live to 80 years easily now a days if a man live to 50 years he is considered lucky. Now tell me, what does luck have to do with staying alive. It should be a priority for everyone to learn of self and know what their food suppose to be. The food we eat can either build us or kill us as it builds up all our cells and fuel all our catabolic and anabolic processes. “you are what you eat”: animals killed go through severe stress and trauma thus their blood stream reflects such, in the form of hormones and other bio-chemicals. When we eat these animals the same is reflected in our blood stream.

Cover pan and allow to simmer again for another 7-10 minutes then turn off heat.
Preheat oven on medium heat.
Now return to dough mixture and fill it with the lentil peas by using a rolling pin to roll out one of the less than a handful portions into a circular shape .Add a tablespoon of the stewed lentil peas onto half of the rolled dough spreading it out only on that half taking care not to go too close to the edge and leaving the other half bare.
When done fold the half that does not have the peas over onto the half with the peas and using a fork, close/seal down the edge creating a beautiful ridged design.
Place the dough with the peas filling onto a previously oiled baking pan. Continue to fill the other less than a handful portions with the lentil peas and place them in the pan one by one, not touching each other.
Place baking pan with dough with peas filling into the preheated oven. When the scent of the mixture being baked can be sensed in the air (approximately 15-20 minutes) remove pan and turn the dough over so the other side may be baked/browned as well.
