Sujok – Natural Healing System Sujok is a natural science and art of healing. It not only covers the aspect of human health & healing the diseases, but it also provides deeper under- standing and ways to lead a healthy and happy life. In a sense Sujok is not just a treatment system but is a “life science”. In this era when there is a global tendency to restore to natural healing systems, Sujok as a refined natural system of healing offers a highly promising opportunity in the field of human health-care and because of its inherent strengths and benefits, scientific footing and capacity to produce rapid and stable results Sujok is fast spreading worldwide. The discovery of this special Energy System of Human Body revealing the corresponding relation of hands and feet with the body brought Sujok Therapy methods into existence. The Korean words «Su» and «Jok» means «Hand» and «Foot». The philosopher and scientist Prof. Park, Jae from South Korea was the originator of Sujok Therapy who observed the close structural similarity of «Hand» (Su) and «Foot» (Jok) with the human body and discovered the underlying phenomenon of their corresponding relationship with each other. It was discovered by Prof. Park, Jae Woo that our hands and feet carry information of the body in strict anatomical order, reflecting the structure of the human body in miniature form on hands and feet. The hand and feet structurally having close resemblance and similarity to the body, these can be used most logically, conveniently and effectively as remote controls to restore health, prevention and treatment of diseases of various origin and pathologies. Rapid relief from various health problems can be achieved by simple therapeutic techniques using diagnostic probe, micro magnets, seeds, micro needles, color, moxa etc.
Sujok – A Way to Total Health Our body, mind, emotions and spirit are interdependent. Sujok methods are based on this fundamental understanding and aims at TOTAL HEALTH. The astonishing structural similarity of hands and feet with human body is a proof of Creator's love for mankind. Embodied in the design of hands and feet is His will to help us stay Healthy and Happy.
Principal virtues of Su Jok Therapy HIGH EFFECT : When applied properly, a pronounced effect is often felt within a few minutes, sometimes even seconds.
TOTALLY SAFE USAGE : This system of treatment is not man-made. Prof. Park Jae Woo discovered it, but its origins are in Nature. That is why the system is powerful and safe. Stimulation of correspondence points bring about an improvement. It never does harm, but just produces no effect if applied improperly.
A UNIVERSAL METHOD : Su Jok therapy can be applied to any part of the body, any organ, and any joint.
ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYBODY : Su Jok therapy has nothing to be learned and memorized. Dinned knowledge gets forgotten in no time. Once the method is grasped, it stays usable lifelong.
SIMPLE APPLICATION : Your hand and your knowledge are always with you. And you will have no difficulties in finding a suitable material for treatment.
