BIOS KERRY JOHNSON Assistant Stage Manager
Originally from Winnipeg, Kerry has been working as a Stage Manager in Edmonton for the past ten years. This season at the Citadel, Kerry returns for her eighth year on A Christmas Carol. Some favourite SM and ASM credits include Other Desert Cities, Arcadia, The Penelopiad, The Forbidden Phoenix, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast, The Wizard of Oz and Noises Off (Citadel Theatre); Ursa Major (Catch the Keys/Workshop West); The Ecstatics (Northern Light Theatre); Mary Poppins (Citadel/Theatre Calgary); Liberation Days (Theatre Calgary); Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike (Alberta Theatre Projects) and Fortune Falls (Catalyst Theatre/ATP). Kerry is a graduate of the BFA Stage Management Program at the U of A and the Theatre Arts Program at Grant MacEwan University.

Molly’s recent credits with the Citadel Theatre include apprentice stage managing Playing with Fire, The Penelopiad, 2 Pianos 4 Hands and A Christmas Carol. She has also stage managed The Passion of Narcisse Mondoux for Northern Light Theatre/ l’UniTheatre, La Voix Humaine for l’UniTheatre/Opera NUOVA; Jean et Beatrice for l’UniTheatre; assistant stage managed Romeo and Juliet, Love’s Labour’s Lost, As You Like It and Coriolanus for The Freewill Shakespeare Festival; Helen Lawrence for The Arts Club Theatre; Working It Out with The Workers Health Centre; The Blue Flame Power Game, and The Origins of Power Woman for ATCO Energy Theatre; and Alcina and Rusalka for Opera Nuova.

Apprentice Stage Manager/Child Supervisor Erin Valentine holds her BFA in Stage Management from the University of Alberta. Last season, she joined the Citadel as Apprentice Stage Manager for BOOM and Alice Through the Looking-Glass. Additional credits include Production Assistant for The Last Five Years (Theatre Network); stage management for Hansel and Gretel (Alberta Opera); Encounters and Evolution (Citie Ballet); Afterimage (Citadel Young Companies); Category E (Maggie Tree); The Contract (MadFandango Theatre Collective); Proud (theatre no. 6); Three Sisters (Broken Toys Theatre); and apprentice stage manager for Eugene Onegin (Edmonton Opera).
