However the lot or lots shall not be removed from the premises until paid in full, and will be removed from the premises at the purchasers expense. 5. If any purchaser fails to abide by the above conditions, or any part of them, the Auctioneer shall be at liberty either to recover the full amount of the lot or lots bought by such a purchaser, without reference to any delivery or acceptance of the lot or lots other than the first delivery by the fall of the hammer, or to re-sell any lot or lots bought by the purchaser, either by public or private sale. The full amount of the purchase money at the present sale, or the deficiency (if any) which may arise from the second sale, shall be made good by the defaulter at the present sale, and will have to pay any damages. 6. The Vendor will only receive payment for any lot or lots when all accounts are cleared by the purchaser, and the auctioneer is not responsible for any deficit that may arise from the re-sale of any uncleared lot of lots. 7. The owners are responsible for their lot or lots, and it is their duty to keep proper control of their lot or lots in the pen, show ring, sales ring and whilst in transit within the yard. The Auctioneers, organisers, sponsors, officials or employees will not be liable for any injury or damage caused by any animals behaviour, including overnight. 8. The Vendors/Purchasers must appreciate that although every precaution as to safety and welfare of the animals exhibited, the Auctioneers will not be accountable for any loss or accident that may occur. The Auctioneers or vendors will not be responsible for any accident that may occur to any person attending the sale, whether as a visitor, or in any other capacity. 9. Pedigree history and descriptions of any animal is guaranteed by the owner, any statements in the catalogue or announcements at the time of sale, are given by the Vendor and are their responsibility. The Auctioneer is not liable for any statements whatsoever. 10. The Auctioneer, Vendors or their servants will not take charge of the lot or lots for sale, or to forward them to their destination, shall be held to impose any legal obligation or vitiate any of the foregoing conditions. 11. Any medical treatment given to any animal must be notified to the Auctioneer and should be announced at the time of sale. The presence of any chemical or pharmaceutical substance in any animal or animalâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s milk during the withdrawal period may render the sale void. 12. The Auctioneers shall have the final say from any questions which may arise and are not included above. From this decision there shall be no appeal. 13. The Auctioneer or the Sponsors are not responsible for the return of Auction Fees where claim is made on the return of purchase lot sold at the sale. 14. All lots will be sold in Guineas. The Purchaser will pay VAT on fees. 15. Livestock or goods will not be allowed to leave the premises unless accompanied by a PASS OUT. This also includes unsold lots. 16. All lots will be presented for sale in the auction ring in catalogue of numerical order. No Sale may be contemplated before going to the sales ring. Lots not sold in the auction or present for demonstration purposes and subsequently sold privately on the premises must be booked through the auctioneers office and are subject to commission. 17. Only electrical equipment fitted with an approval circuit breaking control may be used at the show and sale premises. All equipment must be up to date with safety standards. 18. The Auctioneers, organisers or the sponsors will not be responsible for any or inconvenience arising from cancellation or postponement of any event. 19 The Society accepts no responsibility for any lot sold in the sale.

Note: Upon loading and unloading animals, please insure your vehicle is backed in at the pens at the rear of the building. Under no circumstances may any animal be taken out of the building for loading. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse cheques payment. Cash and Bankers Draft accepted or current exchange rate for bank will be used. New customers must contact the Auctioneers in advance of the sale to make arrangements for use of cheques.
