Cross Country

The Red Raiders went undefeated for the third consecutive year in the regular season and won the MMHSAA All-Catholic. Senior Eric Lanning and Sophomore Mike Stadler took turns leading the team most weeks, with both earning 1st team All-Catholic honors. Seniors Adam Cline, 2nd team AllCatholic, and Devon Shepherd continued their leadership roles and remained in the top 7 the entire year. Junior Nate Philips was also a consistent presence along with classmate and newcomer Patrick Roof, while sophomore Ryan Borello, 2nd team All-Catholic, scored points in every race.

Football

For the 2nd consecutive season, the Red Raiders were crowned MMHSAA regular season and playoff champions after a 50-20 win over Canisius. During the regular season, St. Francis defeated Erie Cathedral Prep 28-26 to earn their first win over Prep since 2002. Numerous players received postseason awards. Golf

It was a rebuilding year for the Varsity Golf Team. Cole Cervoni, Braiden Truby, Colby Francavilla, Jamison LiVecchi, Ian Love, and Leyton Roberts all contributed in matches this season. The team finished with a 3-6 record, with several lost matches being extremely close. Sophomore Jack Tebeau received 1st team All-Catholic honors finishing second overall in the League. Junior, Owen Riggs and sophomore Nick Picone were major contributors earning 2nd team All-Catholic honors. Tebeau, Riggs, and Picone qualified to compete in the CHSAA State Championship in June.

Soccer

The Varsity Soccer team held their own this season while playing a demanding schedule. The team was led by senior captain Owen Mulderig who dominated the midfield on his way to 1st team All-Catholic and All-WNY honors. Senior Matt Sheehan received 1st team All-Catholic honors for his outstanding midfield play, while Juniors Kaleb O’Connor and Nolan Edwards earned 2nd team All-Catholic. Senior captains S.L. Dickey and Brendan Cheng provided leadership and a physical presence on the pitch. The Red Raiders also received strong seasons from seniors Erik Shattenberg and Daniel Feeley, juniors Nate Gonsiorek and Cam Rogan, and freshman Aidan Goodberry.
