A FEW THOUGHTS ABOUT 2020 AND THIS MARKET REPORT • In every way imaginable, 2020 was like no other year we have ever seen. This more than holds true for real estate in the Sun Valley area, which saw every conceivable real estate record get shattered. • The flurry of activity began in late May after our mandatory lockdown protocols were lifted. At that point, properties started going under contract at a record rate. • From late May on, the activity never slowed.
