A learning management system makes it easier for educators to bring their classrooms online. It also gives them the flexibility to switch between in-person and remote learning. On a learning management system, educators can take attendance, deliver virtual instruction, assess student work and communicate with students and their guardians. But a learning management system is not free of vulnerabilities. Like any other software or online app, a learning management system requires a thoughtful approach to security and in a learning management system, it’s important to evaluate how it shares and secures that data. Administrators and users must also be familiar with the security features that come with their platform and make sure they’re enabled. For example, turning on multifactor authentication which requires multiple credentials to verify a user’s identity can help protect against threats targeting user passwords and accounts. Assigning user permissions is also crucial to effectively protect data. These controls let administrators grant users the appropriate level of access and privilege. Special education teachers require a number of skills different from traditional educators. They play a vital role in the classroom and must work hard to maintain balance. One of these skills is by fostering creativeness. Since all children have different learning styles, a special education teacher must have the ability to adapt lessons that work for the strengths of each child. In certain circumstances, learners may function well but have social interaction problems. Others may not be able to perform basic speaking or motor skills. While designing daily activities and plans New teaching techniques are developed on a regular basis, so a special education teacher must remain abreast of the most effective methods. Moreover, a special education teacher works alongside disabled pupils with various problems. No matter the issues, this professional must accept all children and interact with dignity and respect. Even children who are unable to communicate properly or function at low developmental levels sense negativity, especially when a teacher is acting in an uncomfortable manner. It is key to create a sense of value within the classroom Assures... from page 6 tion of Philippine Manufacturers of PPE (CPMP) identified that the local for the classroom, a teacher must get creative in order to accommodate all of the children’s needs. so that all children have the maximum chances of gaining success. What is important, are as follows: proper hygiene, social distancing, disinfection, thermal scanner, foot bath, alcohols, face mask, and face shield to protect ourselves from the virus if we are inside the school premises. Hence, we have to treat the school as our second home. That is only opinion based on my observations. I have seen another post in the social media about flexible learning scheme, such as, synchronous, asynchronous, and off-line. The way how it seems, if offers the best blended learning strategies, to replace the traditional face to face-to-face discussions. Buy it is doomed to fail because of the problems as mentioned above.

Finally, the thing that calls my attention is about

off-line, that suggest the use of USB. How the students can make use of it? They have still to go to SUCs, LUCs, and HEIs’ premises to copy the modules, chapter by chapter each session. There is a face to face encounter there once the student copied the module from Computer of the school to their USBs. My question is, what is more expensive, the USBs or the books. My suggestion is, why not require students to have the prescribed books on the different subjects. They have the books; the resource persons are using the Internet facilities during discussions. We can call it as concept of mixed traditional and on-line discussions. For me, this is the real scenario of flexible and blending scheme in the contemporary Philippine education system. OGS.
