Plate III. El-Kadada; cosmetic palette and pestle, igneous rock. These objects are sometimes accompanied by blocks of colouring agent, red ochre or fragments of malachite. Excavation n째 KDD 76/3/13-14.

Plate II. Kadruka; beaker for funerary libation, with decoration encrusted with gypsum. In Nubia, these types of vessels have a less sinuous form than in central Sudan. Excavation n째 KDK 1/131/8.
