Are thrilled to introduce a sweet new flavor to their portfolio of restaurants: Mochinut, the happy union of Japanese rice cake and American donuts. The playful, fun elements of Japanese culture have always been a part of the Ani Ramen brand, and with a name that translates to “big brother”, guests are always welcomed with family-style warmth. In March 2020, not long after he opened the Summit location of Ani Ramen, New Jersey Monthly named Luck Sarabhayvanija one of “10 Millennials To Watch”. He is inspired by family, work ethic and the joy found in the kind of genuine hospitality that brings communities together over food.

MICHELE ELEFANTE

Co-owner of majority womenowned business Elefante Music & School for the Performing Arts in New Providence and Scotch Plains, was recently awarded a scholarship to attend The Smart Women in Music Fund’s 2nd Annual SWIM Leadership Summit. Held at the NAMM Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA, Ms. Stivalo was one of only 19 women nationwide chosen to attend this event. SWIM supports women working in the music products industry to develop their leadership aspirations and to broaden and deepen their leadership proficiencies.
