APPLIED SCIENCE BTEC LEVEL 3 TRIPLE This three A-Level equivalent course focuses on the application of science in the world of work. Learners can choose a project to work on form their field of choice such as biomedical or forensic science. Alongside developing your core knowledge of biology, physics and chemistry, you will also study and complete units in laboratory techniques, scientific principles, diseases and infections, contemporary issues in science, and medical physics. If you enjoy the practical side of science, this is the course for you. Duration: Two years Minimum entry requirements: Five GCSEs at Grades 4 – 9, including at least 4 in Science, or Mathematics and English at GCSE Grade 4.
