Program Control Maintenance Keys To create a Control maintenance key please follow the instructions below: 1. Ensure your MT20W reader has a solid blue light a. If not you may have to commission your device 2. Go to https://stratissphere.net on your device or the StratIS Sphere App 3. Login to the StratIS App with your StratIS account B. For Client choose Production

Program Control Maintenance Keys 4. Select your property (if managing multiple properties). 5. Navigate to the Action page and select the Maintenance icon.

6. Select the Create Key icon.

Program Control Maintenance Keys 7. Enter a reason and select a time period for key to be active and hit Next. The start time and date must be before the end time and date. Note: Maintenance keys cannot be returned, but only expire. Be sure to choose an appropriate end time and date to ensure access is given appropriately.

Program Control Maintenance Keys 9. Review the pending credentials and time period to be written to the card, enter your password, and click Confirm

11. Place card on MT20W reader

Program Control Maintenance Keys 12. Wait until you see the reader flash green and/or hear 3 quick beeps. You should then see “Credential write complete�. Click Done to finish.
