Emma Sings on Sydney Harbour

What a thrill it was to see and hear Old Scholar and former Enchante member Emma Kavanagh (Kilburn 2014) (pictured left) deliver a sublime performance of Lakmé's 'Flower Duet' with soprano star Mirusia outside the Sydney Opera House for the Australia Day Live Concert. The pair also recorded the song as a single which is featured on Mirusia’s Duets album. Emma has collaborated with Mirusia in the past, having performed as the guest vocalist on the soprano's 2018 From the Heart Australian tour. In yet another string to her bow, Emma performed in Verdi's Messa da Requiem as part of the Adelaide Festival in March.

Olympia Inspires Saints' Rowers

The SA Schools’ Head of the River was contested in March, with our rowers achieving historic results: our Year 7/8

Fittingly, our First IV – Stella Rasheed (Cox), Pearl Richards, Georgina Wakeham, Georgia Mallick and Georgie Owler – made history in the boat named in honour of Olympia.
