OLD SCHOLARS’ WATER POLO

Our Old Scholars’ Water Polo team took to the pool in March to play against the Open A Water Polo girls in the prestigious Lynne Spry Cup held at St Peter’s College.

This was a tough game with the Old Scholars’ team featuring experienced, strong and talented players. Scores were tied 5 - 5 at full-time, triggering a penalty shootout where the Open As prevailed!

Thank you to our students and Old Scholars for participating in the match and to the spectators who attended. Finally, thanks to Old Scholar and staff member Lynne Spry (Selwyn 1974) who has always been the biggest supporter of our Water Polo players at Saints Girls.
