Tecnical schemes ATTENTION: Wiring of LED luminaires run in constant current and connected in series (scheme 1): Never connect the luminaire to a switched on power supply. Always connect luminaires to the power supply, and only after connect the power supply to the mains. ATTENTION: Connection schemes: luminaires in constant current must always be connected in series; luminaires in constant tension must always be connected in parallel. Always respect polarity according to the DC system. ATTENTION: Power Supplies must always match installation features: Never use a constant current power supply on a constant tension luminaire and vice versa. ATTENTION: The choice of the power supply must take into account the real power consumption of the luminaire (data shown in the catalogue) with a 20% increase to face any potential loss on the installation. LED Luminaires and power supplies are protected against interferences and on the line, it is anyway highly recommended to set dedicated feeding lines to avoid any potential sudden and severe interference (inductive loads like pumps or discharge lamps) that are likely to damage the LED module.

A DMX system can include an unlimited number of fixtures on condition that the following rules are respected: -Use suitable cables for DMX bus: shielded twisted pair with 110 Ohm constant impedance (e.g. Cod.186). The use of different cables doesn’t assure the same performance. -Every 400mt the DMX bus signal needs to be regenerated with a Splitter. This allows to extend the installation. -Every 20 fixtures the DMX bus signal needs to be regenerated with a Splitter. This allows to extend the installation. -All fixtures has to be connected in series to the DMX bus. No star connection allowed. It has to be taken into account that the use of a splitter can solve the problem having one bus input and more bus output. -Each cable must have a 120 Ohm termination resistor.
