Endowments provide St. Luke’s with stability and opportunity. Income from these invested funds bolsters our annual operating budget and ensures that St. Luke’s is “built to last.” Total Endowment Value as of 6/30/19: $31,109,272 Donors who made a pledge, gift, or pledge payment to an endowed fund between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019 are listed under the endowed fund they supported. A final Momentum Campaign report will be issued in early 2021 to recognize donors’ contributions to the Campaign. Class of 2012 Center for Leadership Speaker Series Endowed Fund Established as a legacy gift from the Class of 2012, this fund helps underwrite the Center for Leadership’s speaker series program and support the Center for Leadership’s mission to develop every SLS student’s unique ability to lead and make a difference. Class of 2013 Student Life Endowed Fund The Class of 2013 established this fund to support activities related to student life and the promotion of school community and school spirit. Endowment Value as of 6/30/19: $311,385
George E. Stevens Horizons Prize Endowment Established in 2010, the Horizons Prize provides full scholarship support for a Horizons student each year for up to four year of high school. The intent of the prize is to inspire Horizons students to aspire to excellence at St. Luke’s School. Karen E. Wiegman ’92 Award Endowed Fund Established in 2005, this award honors the memory of Karen Wiegman ’92 who passed away in the spring of 2004, and is remembered most notably for embracing the St. Luke's community and incorporating its values and ideals into her own personal growth.
