FALL 2011 BIBLE STUDIES Disciple One Begins Wednesday, September 14 6:00-7:30 p.m. Teachers: Terry and Becky James Book available in Threefold Imagine a small group experiencing together, learning together, and growing in faith together as they travel from the creation story of Genesis to the prophetic text of Revelation. Your life will be changed by this powerful 34-week experience. During this foundational course you will read and reflect on 3/4 of the entire Bible during 34 weeks with daily readings, a study workbook and weekly class time with a small group. Disciple Two Begins Monday, September 19 6:30- 8:30 p.m. Teacher: C.W. Evans Book available in Threefold This thirty-two-week study selects specific portions of Scripture and delves deeper into them. The study of Scripture will be the work both of individual members and of the group in its weekly meeting. Equal attention is given to both the Old and New Testament with concentration on four books: Genesis, Exodus, Luke, and Acts (eight lessons on

each book). Appropriate connections are made to other parts of Scripture through reading and study assignments and through commentary in the study manual. Participants will read familiar passages with new insight. Rebuilders Divorce Recovery 11Week Series Begins Thursday, September 8 6:45 – 9:00 p.m. Teacher: Steve deQuevedo Rebuild your life after the loss of a loved one by divorce or death. The Rebuilders class will be led by Steve deQuevedo who is a licensed professional counselor and offers individual, couples and group counseling, but his ministry is the Rebuilders class. In his seventh year teaching Rebuilders, Steve states that his “mission is to help others understand how healthy relationships are built on a foundation of faith and grounded in a good understanding of one’s self.” Friday Noon Study Begins Friday, September 16 Noon-1:30 p.m. at the Oklahoma Conference Offices, 1501 N.W. 24th Street Teacher: Rev.
