Free Yoga by Onelove.yoga

The Rec Center Banquet Room, 3700 Monterey Drive Whether you are new to yoga or a novice, this class is for you! Onelove.yoga will take you through a basic foundational guided practice designed to open your heart and mind through aligning, strengthening and promoting flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, ease of movement and modifications to welcome all. Onelove.yoga is a Minnesota, woman founded, nonprofit organization that's mission is to bring yoga and wellness to communities with limited access to its healing. Onelove.yoga was a recipient of the City of St. Louis Park Healthy Living Grant, allowing them to offer these yoga classes. DAY DATEs+TIME

U.G.L.Y. Sweater Dash

All ages Louisiana Oaks Park, 3520 Louisiana Ave. S. Dig out last year's treasure, throw on the masterpiece you just created or simply enjoy the creativity of others. This 5K course loops through Louisiana Oaks Park and the lighted trees of Oak Hill Park. Afterwards, warm up across the street at Park Tavern and revel in your accomplishments while wearing your new race medal. Registrants also receive a goodie bag. Pre-race pickup will be Friday, Dec. 3. More information will be sent to participants. DAY DATE+TIME

Active All Autumn
All Ages Achieve small, reachable, active goals through the autumn season. Walk as little as 1 mile, hit 7,000 steps in a day or even aim for 50,000 steps in a week. Goals will be big and small, and participants are encouraged to achieve them at their own pace. Achieve as many of the goals as possible over 40 days and receive a corresponding number of entries in a grand prize drawing! A goal tracking sheet will be provided to registered participants. Music Together Music Together Free Fall Demos

Discover the joy of making Music Together! Sing, laugh, move and learn along with your baby, toddler or preschooler for 45 minutes of fun each week in these award-winning classes. The goal of Music Together is to make the world a better place by making it more musical. We do this by bringing the highest quality music and movement experiences to children and involving the grownups who love them in the magical process of development that only music can provide. The little ones love the engaging classes, and the caregivers love helping their children grow into confident, life-long music makers. Classes are mixed-age so siblings can be together.
