Year 13 Option Block Choice Sheet 1. Please read Sixth Form Policy (www.stjosephscrossmaglen.com) before completing the option sheet. 2. You should choose 3 or 4 subjects (see policy guidance). Please circle your choices. 3. You should have each option initialled by a teacher from the relevant department. For example, if you have chosen Sociology in option block A. Mrs Rock will need to sign your request. Teachers will be available on the morning results are issued. 4. You may only choose one subject from any given block. 5. If you have not yet achieved at least a grade C in GCSE maths you need to choose Maths GCSE from option block B or E below. You cannot progress to university without GCSE Maths.
