He says, “I reconnected with fellow Class of ’86 alum James Delorey, and I ‘set the record straight’ that James was not the instigator in Mrs. Kornachuk’s freshman English class, and that it had been a nearby heckler all along. I also met Kevin Collins, SJP’s new Chief Advancement Officer, and forgave him for his BC High alumni status. I met Brian O’Leary ’75 and was thrilled to hear about his efforts to promote continued focus on diversity at the Prep, since I graduated at a time when there wasn’t so much of that. I met a number of impressive younger fellow alumni while at the event that I look forward to keeping in touch with: Matt, John, DJ, Jeff, and Vish, who shares a common work experience with me at Ernst and Young. I wish them all continued luck and hope to see them at the next NYC events. And finally, I thank Nate Richardson ’89, who I got to meet briefly and who was our generous host, and Nibal in Alumni Relations.”
