DIRECTORS’ DECLARATION

The Directors of St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) declare that, in the Directors’ opinion:

1. The financial statements, which comprises the statement of financial position as at 31 December 2021, and the statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity and statement of cash flows for the year ended on that date, a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory notes are in accordance with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 and:

(a) Comply with Australian Accounting Standards – Reduced Disclosure requirements; and

(b) Give a true and fair view of the Group’s financial position as at 31 December 2021 and of its performance for the year ended on that date.

2. There are reasonable grounds to believe that the Company will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable.

This declaration is made in accordance with subsection 60.15(2) of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Regulation 2013.
