Gymnasts compete at different levels in meets, with the standards of each level set out by the national governing body for gymnasts in Canada. To compete competitively, gymnasts must demonstrate that they can perform advanced skills at the prescribed level. To provide some perspective regarding these levels, a gymnast wanting to compete at the provincial championships must compete at Level 5 at a provincial qualifier gymnastics meet. Gymnasts of Olympia Gymnastics, which is located on Iber Road in Stittsville (phone 613-836-9149) live in Stittsville, Goulbourn, Kanata and West Carleton. Their parents would like to acknowledge and thank the Olympia Gymnastics coaches for their hard work and determination in ensuring that the girls achieve an appropriate level within the Gymnastics Ontario Federation. These coaches are Nausikaa Muresan, Isabela Murillo, Caragh Miller and Wendy Walters.
