Parent Carers

In December, we launched our new Parent Carers group for Carers of a child aged 16 and under.

The monthly sessions have been a mix of events during school hours for Parent Carers to get to know each other and take some time out, and evening/holiday events to provide opportunities to spend quality time together as a family.

We've been to the Macrobert pantomime, ten pin bowling, afternoon tea at Fletcher's and lunch at The Linden Inn. Our most popular trips have been to Jump 'n' Joy in Tullibody. For these, we hired the whole venue, which meant more freedom for enjoyment without the worries that can come with attending during a general session.
