This offer is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of STIGA Ltd. and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee, but a purchase of a qualifying ATCO Walk-Behind lawnmower from an authorised ATCO dealer or from the website atco.co.uk is required to be eligible to qualify for the chance to win back the purchase value of the lawnmower.

6. Only one entry is permitted per eligible purchase.

7. This campaign will run from Monday 1st March until Wednesday 30th June 2021. The final date for entries in the June draw will be 14th July, after this date no further entries will be accepted for the final draw.

8. The rules to be eligible to enter the draw as part of the ATCO Win Back Your Mower promotion are as follows: • Purchase an ATCO Walk-Behind Lawnmower from atco.co.uk or an authorised ATCO dealer.

9. Completion the product registration online https://www.atco.co.uk/productregistration • The winner of the draw will be contacted by ATCO and be required to provide proof of purchase.

10. Prize draw schedule: Draws will take place on the 15th of each for the duration of the promotion and winners will be notified by the end of that month as outlined below Purchased in March 2021 April 2021 May 2021 June 2021

11. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be made as soon as possible by the promoter.

12. The promotion is as follows: Following the monthly draw for the duration of the promotion period, the winning entry shall receive the full monetary value of their lawnmower purchased.

13. The promotion only covers the value of the lawnmower. Any delivery charges which may have been incurred in the purchase of the lawnmower will be excluded from the monetary sum paid to the winner of each draw. No other alternatives will be offered.

14. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
