Since our company, e-l-m Kragelund A/S, was established in 1967, we have been an industry-defining operator in the development and production of attachments and lifting equipment for forklifts, stackers and reach forklifts. We are among the architects of the integrated design of lifting equipment that supports increased safety, higher productivity and better lifting performance.

Ever since we produced the first attachment, our mission has been the same: We shall develop perfect attachments to ensure efficient and safe internal logistics and handling solutions for our customers.

We provide the most comprehensive product range in our industry, including fork positioners, rotators, clamps, load stabilisers, push-pull attachments and telescopic forks. In addition to our standard range, we produce more than 300 customised attachments every year,

specially designed to meet the end user’s specific requirements.

We place great emphasis on quality and accept only the highest standards when designing and manufacturing our products. Our ambition is not to be the cheap alternative on the market. Our ambition is to be the best in terms of lost load centre, user-friendliness and design quality.

Today we are a global manufacturer of attachments, with annual sales in more than 40 countries. Our head office is centrally located in Denmark and we employ more than 200 people.

Our 6IFPC is based on our popular 6IFPF, but comes with consoles for forks. The consoles allow quick fork changes, increasing flexibility. The attachment is perfect for e.g. bearing surfaces or machines that have to perform tasks requiring different fork lengths. Our 6IFPC covers capacities from 2.0 to 8.0 tonnes.

The attachment’s consoles are made of the highest quality and allow the use of ISO forks of your choice. With the purchase of our "quick connect" the forks can be mounted and dismounted even faster.

The 6IFPF-S has a built in, separate side shift of +/- 100 mm, regardless of the position of the forks in the frame. This is made possible by a separate side shift cylinder that moves the entire frame. This is particularly relevant in situations where the forks are placed in the outermost or innermost position and where there is also a need for side shift. Our 6IFPF-S covers capacities from 2.5 to 5.0 tonnes.

2IFOSS was created in close cooperation with global operators in the transport and logistics industry. The unique design provides optimised side shift without increasing the frame width. This means that the forklift operator can drive at a good distance from e.g. the inside of the container and easily position the pallet optimally using the optimised side shift. Our 2IFOSS covers capacities from 2.0 to 2.5 tonnes.

IFPT-W is the perfect attachment for handling tasks that require a large opening range.

Our T-slot profiles ensure a robust construction, despite the large opening range.

The attachment is equipped with frictionreducing slide elements that are easily replaceable. The design ensures an unparalleled reliability and quality.

The rotator provides 360 degrees of rotation. The rotator is designed with inspiration from the offshore wind industry, including specially designed seals that prevent water and dirt from reaching components inside the rotator housing. Our RE series covers capacities from 2.5 to 10.0 tonnes. However, we can design rotators with capacities of up to 40 tonnes on request.

The rotator housing is cast and supplied with worm gears, ensuring a smooth, stable and vibration-free rotation. The rotator unit is fitted with a lock valve that prevents unintentional release. Rotation is generated by a hydraulic motor. The combined effect of these measures helps to ensure high quality and low maintenance costs.

The rotator design focusses strongly on ensuring optimal visibility through the rotator centre, where the narrowed sides provide excellent visibility on the outer sides of the mast profiles.

Combined fork positioner and rotator 360o

The REH is designed to turn different types of goods 360°. In addition to special turning tasks, the REH is also useful as a standard fork positioner.

If required, side shifting is built into the design as standard. This allows for an additional functionality by building a third hydraulic function on the REH. This can be done by using the e-l-m wireless system.

The REH has an extremely robust design, based on e-l-m’s popular IFPF pin type fork positioner. In the REH series, both the top and bottom are guided in bushings on the

shaft as in the top of the IFPF fork. Cylinders are also from the fork positioner range, so the number of spare parts numbers is kept to a minimum.

REH is available with a capacity of up to 8 tonnes. As always, it is important to choose the correct attachment size, as the size given is the residual capacity of the attachment and not the nominal capacity of the forklift with standard carriage and hook-on forks. For example, an REH 60 may be the right choice for an 8 ton forklift rather than an REH 80 because of its own weight and lost load centre.

With the focus on ergonomics, e-l-m’s pushpull attachments are an important tool. In addition to quickly loading or unloading containers, the attachment also saves on manual tasks that place a heavy burden on the body.

This ensures high flexibility in terms of forklift and equipment. Typically used for goods weighing up to 1500 kg, the attachment can be used in virtually any industry, from food and wine to retail and baggage handling.

The attachment is also used to load containers for overseas transport, where pallet requirements are so strict that transport MUST be on slip-sheets. The system is based on slip-sheets, which are either cardboard or plastic discs on which the goods are pushed or pulled. The slip-sheets are included, ensuring goods can be handled with push-pull at the destination site.

Heavy duty laser liner for e-l-m fork positioners help the driver to correctly position the forks and adjust the height accordingly when picking up goods stored in pallet racks

Features a green light laser for better visibility in bright environments. The laser can be tilted and adjusted in height to accurately position the fork tips as well as adjust the focus of the laser to ensure a sharp line from the required distance.

The laser is mounted in the centre of the attachment, behind the fork back in a heavy duty bracket for the best protection. It can either be powered by cable or with a battery pack that includes a wireless ON/OFF controller.
