You will need to access your Parent Online Account to accept our offer of enrollment and complete the required contracts. Please follow the steps below.

• Log into your Parent Online Account at https://sths.schooladminonline.com or scan this QR code:

• Select “Continue Enrollment Process” to view your son’s Enrollment Checklist

Enrollment Checklist:

1 Intent to Enroll

• Action Step: Verify and sign your son’s intent to enroll at St. Thomas High School.

2 Magnus Health Information

• Action Step: Verify and sign your son’s Magnus requirement.

3 Student Contract

• Action Step: Verify or make changes to student and parent demographic information.

• Please review the student contract and tuition information. See next page for more information about tuition and fees.

• Note: At the bottom of the page you will see your son’s expected tuition amount as well as any scholarship or financial aid he has received.

• Action Step: Verify and sign your son’s tuition agreement.

4 Blackbaud Tuition Management – Deposit and Registration Fee Payment

• To pay your tuition deposit, registration fee, and Camp Aquinas deposit, you will need to visit enroll.blackbaud.school. You can click on the link in the checklist within your Parent Online Account or scan this QR code:

• Once you select the enroll.blackbaud.school link, a new window will appear. You will need to refer to the “Blackbaud Tuition Management Enrollment Instructions” on the enrollment checklist.

• Note: You only need to make a $1300 payment (tuition deposit, registration fee, and Camp Aquinas deposit) to complete enrollment.

• Action Step: Pay tuition deposit, registration fee, and Camp Aquinas deposit via enroll.blackbaud.school.

• Note: Once you complete the $1300 payment, you will receive a Blackbaud Tuition Management confirmation page with a unique “Family ID.” Please save or print your confirmation page with your Family ID number. You will need that information to create your son’s Blackbaud Tuition Management login for your regular tuition payments. See next page for more information about creating a Blackbaud Tuition Management login.

• Upon completion of all four checklist items, you will receive a confirmation email that your son is enrolled.

• Reminder: Registration is April 3, 2024, at 5:30 pm in Reckling Gymnasium. For the event, please complete the enrollment checklist and bring your completed Course Selection Sheet. See last page for more information.

tuition, registration fees, & deposits

Set up your Blackbaud Tuition Management account in order to pay your $600 registration fee, $500 tuition deposit, and $200 Camp Aquinas deposit. Each of these fees is non-refundable.

St. Thomas High School partners with Blackbaud Tuition Management for the processing and collecting of tuition and fees, including recurring automatic payments. Your fourth enrollment checklist item will direct you to the Blackbaud Tuition Management website (enroll.blackbaud.school) to pay the deposits and registration fee.

Note: Scholarships and financial aid will be posted to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account by the end of May.

If you already have a son at St. Thomas High School, please re-enroll your son for the new school year first, then email Susan.Krus@sths.org stating that your freshman is attending St. Thomas, and he will then be added to your account for the upcoming school year.

2024–2025 TUITION

Tuition: $25,550 (first payment due July 1st)

Deposit: $500 (due at enrollment)

Registration Fee: $600 (due at enrollment)

Freshman Camp Fee: $600

($200 due at enrollment, $200 due May 1st, $200 due June 1st)

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

1 Payment: Pay the full amount of one year’s tuition on July 1.

2 Payments: Pay half of the tuition amount on July 1 and half on December 1.

10 Payments: Pay tuition in 10 monthly payments starting on July 1 and ending April 1.

*None of these options incur an additional charge.

To create your son’s Blackbaud Tuition Management Login for regular tuition payments, you will need the confirmation page or email you received from enroll.blackbaud.school with your Family ID

Note: Please create your account by April 14th. This process is not required for online enrollment, but it is necessary to make regular payments, including your May 1st and June 1st Camp Aquinas installments. Your account will also allow you to view any scholarships or financial aid.

To begin the Login process:

3. Please refer to your confirmation page with your Family ID, Primary Telephone, and Primary Email to create a login and password. Please keep this information safe and handy for future use.

Introducing Camp Aquinas

St. Thomas High School has created an immersive, educational, and outdoor leadership camp for all incoming freshmen that will take place between August 16–19, 2024, at Camp Cho-Yeh in Livingston, Texas.

Camp Aquinas seeks to forge the young men of St. Thomas into servant-leaders through a comprehensive curriculum based on both authentic mentorship and experiential learning in a natural setting.

This very special camp experience supports the Basilian tradition to teach Goodness, Discipline, and Knowledge and the school’s vision to form strong young men in service to the Church and the world.

Camp Aquinas will challenge the freshmen through competitive outdoor activities that build character, confidence, and friendship while developing Catholic virtues and deeper self-awareness.

• Initiate the freshmen into the traditions and culture of St. Thomas High School

• Create mentorship bonds between the freshmen and upperclassmen, especially the seniors

• Teach the freshmen the skills necessary to be successful in high school

• Help students develop their relationship with God through morning Mass, campfire Scripture readings, and reflection

Payment Information

The freshman fee of $600 for Camp Aquinas will be paid through Blackbaud Tuition Management. It can be paid in three equal payments of $200 each, due in April, May, and June.

REGISTRATION NIGHT

Wednesday, April 3, 2024 • 5:30 p.m. • Reckling Gymnasium

Registration Night is required to confirm your enrollment. During Registration Night, you will meet with faculty and counselors to discuss your course selections for the 2024-2025 academic year. Please bring your completed Course Selection sheet.

The 9th Grade Course Selection Sheet found in the back pocket of this folder is to be completed and returned at Freshman Registration Night. Please review the information below to help you make your course selections.

FRESHMAN CURRICULUM

• Theology - 1 credit

• English - 1 credit

• Math - 1 credit

• Science - 1 credit

• Social Studies - 1 credit

• Physical Education with Health - 1/2 credit

• World Language (one) - 1 credit French, Latin, Spanish, or Mandarin

• Elective (one semester)

Fine Arts, Technology, Speech or Forensics (Debate) - 1/2 credit

Most freshmen will be assigned to a study hall each semester. Students in Forensics, Choir, or String Ensemble will only be assigned a study hall for one semester.

World Language Placement Test

Math Placement Test

There will be a Math placement test on April 20, 2024, from 8:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Based on his grades from middle school math classes, entrance exam scores, and placement test, each student will be placed in one of the following courses: Algebra I, Advanced Algebra I, Advanced Geometry, or Advanced Algebra II/Trigonometry. If no placement test is taken, the student will be placed in Algebra I.

Science Placement Test

There will be a Science placement test on April 20, 2024, from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Based on his grades from middle school science classes, entrance exam scores, and placement test, each student will be placed in one of the following courses: Biology or Advanced Biology. If no placement test is taken, the student will be placed in Biology.

There will be World Language placement tests for Spanish, French, Mandarin, and Latin on April 20, 2024, from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Based on his grades from middle school World Language classes and placement test, each student will be placed in one of the following courses: Level I or Level II of the selected language. If no placement test is taken, the student will be placed in a Level I World Language course.

Extended Time

Students who are eligible to receive extended time will have a modified testing schedule on April 20, 2024. In order for your son to be approved for 50% additional time on the placement exams, you will need to provide St. Thomas High School with a psycho-educational evaluation or an accommodation plan/504 plan from your son’s current school that states your son currently receives extended time. If you have not already done so, the supporting documentation should be emailed, faxed, or mailed to St. Thomas High School no later than Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
