Dear Parents and Guardians, At Inspired Learning Group (ILG), we regularly review school fees in line with both market-specific and broader economic conditions, and this guide sets out the fee schedule for Academic Year 2026/2027.

In addition, we would like to remind you of the current discount available: Annual Payment: 2% Discount A discount of 2% is available for families who pay in full by 28th August 2026.

To take advantage of this discount, please contact us at Fees@st-francis.herts.sch.uk by 8 May 2026.

Please note that even if you have previously received an annual fee payment request, you will still need to request one for the upcoming year. Requests received after this date will be subject to an administration charge of £100.

This discount does not apply to international students sponsored by Inspired Learning Group or to accounts with any outstanding historical arrears.

Payable upon acceptance of a place and returned upon leaving, subject to any outstanding charges

Compliance Management Fee

For international pupils who require a Home Office visa to study in the UK (non-refundable): £630

Please note the following:

All fees and charges listed above are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

For families that work for the NHS, an additional discount of 10% may be available, subject to sufficient evidence.

For families that work for the Armed Forces, an additional discount of 15% may be available, subject to sufficient evidence.

Please note that not all applied discounts are applicable to catering and subsistence fees. Discounts are applied against tuition fees and educational materials contained within the total termly fees. If applicable, please request a breakdown.

Regrettably, the Annual Payment Discount is not applicable to international students sponsored by Inspired Learning Group.

Please note there are additional charges for EAL lessons (agreed in advance), exam entries, an individual student device (Senior School only), the minibus transport service (if applicable), extra-curricular trips and SEND provision (if applicable).
