Approval
Indicates the status of the leave request. •
Approved indicates the leave request is approved and the employee’s schedules are converted to absence planned schedules.
•
Denied indicates the leave request is denied and the employee’s schedules remain the same.
•
Undefined State indicates the leave request is pending, and has not been decided upon yet.
Note: If the Leave Requests States folder is not displayed in the System Setup folder, user rights were not enabled properly. See Exercise A: on p. 10.
