CO-KIDO Supporting productsystem for children in co-parenting arrangements after divorce individual masterthesis - 2021
The research and analysis conducted for the product service system PART US, displayed later in this portfolio, served as an inspiration for this master thesis. I wanted to dive deeper into developing support for children in co-parenting arrangements after divorce, as we uncovered several problems and long-term effects of emotional distress caused by divorce during the research performed for PART US. This resulted in co-kido, a product system that supports a child in both households involved in a co-parenting arrangement. Co-kido brings structure, rhythm and peace into the daily life of the child, while creating bonding experiences for both parent and child through play and fun moments. Finally, a threshold-lowering communication tool enables the child to share worries, questions and emotions more easily with its parents.

PRODUCT SERVICE SYSTEM PART US supporting children in divorce teamwork - 2019
Part Us is a product service system for children with divorced parents. Over the course of 6 weeks, multiple interviews were carried out and several systemic design tools were used to create a comprehensive system that coaches parents and supports children through the rough process of divorce. to us, a team of seven 1st Master students, to come up with a systemic, comprehensive, and realistic set of solutions that could be implemented by the University in order to solve this problem. To solve a wicked problem like this, it is extremely important to understand the current factors within the

system that lead to the gender imbalance we see today. Our first step consisted of multiple in-depth interviews with academic staff. Several systemic design tools were used to map the responses and conclusions, resulting in a complex, yet structured overview of the various factors and levers within the current system. The solution consists of a network of interlocking interventions aimed at improving personal well-being, a healthy work environment, relieving pressure from parents and (future) families, and increasing the approachability of an academic career. voor partners is dit vaak een struikelpunt: sommigen vinden het vies en shockerend. Dit leidt vaak tot problemen in de relatie. Uit getuigenissen leren we dat seks veel minder vlot verloopt en vaak helemaal stopt. Daarom onze eerste ontwerpuitdaging:

ALGEMENE ONGEMAKKEN De plastieken opvangzak kan zorgen voor huidirritaties en vervelende geluiden. VOOROORDELEN Omstaanders hebben vaak vooroordelen (zoals dat een stoma zou stinken). Vaak door ontwetendheid. ONZEKERHEID EN SCHAAMTE Leren leven met een stoma is een groeiproces dat bij de ene persoon sneller gaat dan bij de andere.
De lingerieset bestaat uit BH, slip en steunband. Zoals elke lingerieset kan ook de steunband apart verkregen worden. Het ontwerp is zo bedacht dat de steunband gecamoufleerd wordt als korstet met jarretelles. Dit geeft een boost in zelfvertrouwen voor de vrouw, geeft steun aan de stoma en ziet er ook nog eens mooi uit! amelijk mt voorn en.
