Web-Based Management Information System Easy To Use, Easy To Implement, and Effective.

2011 BJA / SAMHSA Treatment Court Collaborative Grant Partnership Outreach SourceCast, Inc. is a leading provider of web-based technology solutions, and we are doing a partnership outreach to find an appropriate applicant lead in response to several grant solicitations that have recently been announced. We have developed a Management Information System (MIS), eCARE+, that serves as a tool for tracking client records and progress – referral, screening, assessment, treatment, probation, discharge, after care services - throughout specialty court programs. This is a critical element not only for client case management, but also for the conduct of a process and the outcome evaluation of your drug court program, enabling your court(s) to fulfill federal grant funding requirements. SourceCast is seeking to partner with a qualified non-profit or government entity that would be the Applicant for any of the SGA opportunities outlined in the attached request. Our foundation for partnering with you is the belief that the partnership can achieve more than any one organization could achieve alone. By working in a mutual relationship and together applying these partnering principles, we could carry out the intended programs with increased capacity. SourceCast and our sister company, XPAND Corporation, possess the capabilities necessary to add value to an Applicant’s grant proposal as evidenced in our past and current project portfolio for federal agencies such as: Department of Labor – www.careeronestop.com (web portal development) Department of Health and Human Services – www.mrh.org (web portal development) Employment and Training Administration – www.myskillsmyfuture.org (web portal redesign) Department of Labor - www.vcn.org (web portal development) Our management team strongly believes that we can serve as a catalyst for the development of a winning proposal as we are willing to invest our proposal development experience and resources to develop, coordinate, produce, and distribute the proposal. In addition, we are committed to delivering our technological tools (eCARE+) and technical assistance to enhance your service programs. Under the grant programs, funding will be awarded to state, local, and tribal governments and courts as part of an overall objective to enhance their drug court programs and systems for nonviolent substance-abusing offenders. eCARE+ is a web-based management tool that will maximize the coordination and collaboration of multiple agencies and organizations, while providing greater visibility of an adult’s progress throughout their transition back into the community.

10 Reasons to Partner with SourceCast and Use eCARE+ 1. Demonstrated collaboration among the problem-solving court(s), diversion programs, and community-based organizations. 2. Improved access to available treatment services for offenders; 3. Accelerated individual case processing time. 4. Real-time compliance tracking of program participant success rates. 5. Enhance referral processes amongst local specialty courts, eligible participants, probation offices, community service agencies, and career development providers. 6. Collecting and reporting required data so SAMHSA can meet its obligations under the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act 7. Allows you to periodically review the performance data to assess progress and use this information to improve grant projects. 8. Determine the achievement of program goals, objectives, and outcomes. 9. Validate drug court program processes from initial screening through post-program follow-ups. 10. Provides a single source for data storage and retrieval. As we select compatible partners to share our visions, goals, and values…we cultivate an environment of mutual support and continuous growth. We are committed to providing eCARE+ and any related technical assistance to your agency as we believe it can serve as a catalyst for developing a winning proposal for the delivery of cutting-edge behavioral health service, coordination, treatment, and monitoring within your specialty court programs. We would be delighted to discuss the grant process and provide a live demonstration of our management tool and its capabilities.
