1 cup chickpeas. (rinsed and drained)

1/2 cup almond butter. 1/3 cup maple syrup. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chocolate chips.


1. Preheath the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Add chickpeas and nut butter. Blend on high for 1 minute. 3. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend for 2 minutes. 4. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt. Blend for 30 seconds.


5. Fold the chocolate chips into the mixture. 6. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto a baking sheet, with space between them. 7. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the cookies have brown edges.

1 can (400 gr) of cooked chickpeas. 3 tbsp extra virgn olive oil. 1 teaspoon tahini. 1 garlic clove, crushed. 1/4 tbsp lemon juice. Fresh herbs.


1. Add the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic cloves into a blender.

2. Blend until smooth. 3. Transfer mix into a bowl.


4. Drizzle olive oil on top and decorate with fresh herbs. 5. Serve with hippeas chips, carrots and celery.

1-2 fresh avocados. Coconut Oil. 1 tsp Italian Seasoning. Extra virgin olive oil. Your favorite Hippeas Puff flavor. Yogurt dip of your choice.


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Then cut to wedges. 3. Crush your chosen Hippeas Puffs into crumbs for breading, place in a bowl. 4. Add Italian seasoning to the crumbs.


5. Dip your wedge into coconut oil. 6. Coat it with the breading. 7. Place in a lined baking sheet. 8. Repeat steps 5-7 with each wedge. 9. Drizzle olive oil over all the wedges. 10. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup flour. 1 can cooked chickpea. 1 teaspoon kosher salt. 1/2 teason garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. 2. Toast the panko crumbs for 5 minutes then transfer to a bowl. 3. Blend the chickpeas, salt, garlic and and onion powder into a smooth consistency.


4. Mix the blended consistency with flour. 5. Divide the mixture into 12 portions and give each a nugget shape. 6. Coat each ball with panko. 7. Place the nuggets into a lined baking sheet and bake until crispy, for 15-20 min.
