The Springtime Revival had a new home this year at Belle Point Ranch in Arkansas. This turned out to be a great move for this sale. A large crowd was in attendance and as always in this sale, the offering was of the highest quality. The live cattle were in demand as well as the unequaled offering of frozen genetics. What a great way to start a new chapter in this Revival sale. Congratulations to Steve and Julie and their guest consignors for presenting another superior event. $30,000 - Lot 1 - Bred Heifer - Armstrong Lady Crystal 2104 ET. A roan, polled January 2, 2021 daughter of Armstrong Easy Rider 1603 and out of SULL Lady Crystal 434P-6 ET selling bred to Little Cedar World Wide 1979 for a January 2023 calf. What an opportunity here. A proven winner in the show ring and will certainly be a leader in a donor pen. Lady Crystal 434P needs no introduction as a great proven female in the breed. This one is special. Offered by Armstrong Farms and purchased by DeLisle Farms of Gladwin, Michigan. $19,000 - Lot 14 - Bull - Little Cedar Currency 2146. A roan, polled November 5, 2021 son of SULL Current Commodity 7630E and out of Little Cedar Lilac 1877 ET. The son of a National Champion and out of a great donor female, this one is going to be a great one. He is super thick made with a great show look. He will be a top sire in his future and sire the right kind. Offered by Little Cedar and purchased by DeLisle Farms of Gladwin, Michigan. Possession was purchased by Leemon Cattle Company of Hoopeston, Illinois. $16,500 - Lot 31 - Cow/Calf Pair - KSS Maxim Weston Mary 1955. A roan, polled 2019 daughter of CYT Maxim 9202 ET and out of LCCC Weston Mary BDJ 1423 selling with a red, polled November 26, 2021 heifer calf sired by ARG Hector 1777 ET. This was a great opportunity to purchase a great young first calf heifer with just an outstanding show heifer calf at side. This high quality offering is not available very often. The Weston Mary line and ARG Hector was a home run. Offered by KSS Keystone Shorthorns and purchased by B Rae Co Farm of Blairburg, Iowa. $10,500 - Lot 25 - Open Heifer - TMF Charismatic Emily ET. A roan, polled December 25, 2021 daughter of MAV Charisma 906W and out of MAV Emily 734T. This attractive young show prospect is very exciting. This mating has produced numerous top sellers and show winners in recent times. This one has everything you would want in a show female and the pedigree to make her a top donor female in her future. Offered by Tadmore Farms and purchased by Catelyn Olson of Mineral Point, Wisconsin. $10,000 - Lot 22 - Open Heifer - AF VF Myrtle Bo 122 ET. A roan, polled December 7, 2021 daughter of Millbrook Fireball 23F and out of SULL Myrtle Bo 9154. This was one of the favorite show heifer prospects to be offered in this sale. The Fireball progeny have been very popular the past couple of years and this is a good one. The Myrtle Bo line just adds to her appeal. Offered by Vaughn Farms and purchased by Hayley Basham of Commerce, Texas. $10,000 - Lot 29 - Open Heifer and Recipient Dam - Little Cedar Ten Queens 2201 ET. A R&W, scurred January 22, 2022 daughter of Little Cedar World Wide 1979 ET and out of TMF Ten Queens Hot Flash ET. Recipient dam sold safe with an embryo mating of Little Cedar World Wide and SULL Rose Mary’s Goose ET. What a unique offering in this lot. A truly fancy show heifer calf selling with her recipient dam that is pregnant with another ET calf. It doesn’t get much better than this.
