SHERPA Office serves as both: "Client" and "Server". In "Server"-installation together with Sherpa Office the SQL database will be installed. BRAKES & SPEED
If the Brake Test is active, then the unit is driven by a strong E-Motor up to test speed of maximal 5 km/h. When braking, the brake force acts in resistance and linear to that of the E Motor resulting in the calculation and display of achieved brake forces. When testing the speed or Tacho, the test unit is then driven through the wheels. The integrated free running clutch allows speeds up to 60 km/h. All values are measured and displayed or transferred. In order to exit the roller set with its drive wheel, the „BPSBike-Speed“ has an integrated raise and lowering platform with automated roller lock activation. To operate the „BPS-Bike-Speed“ both as a Brake Tester or Speed Tester and especially for the lift out function, a remote control is required.

The SHERPA Opacimeter is a diesel smoke analyzer for professional car and truck workshops as well as Vehicle Inspection programs designed according ISO 11614 and 72/306/EEC. Requirements relative to EU Directive 2014/45/EC are met and is EURO 6 compliant. Version is also available in portable delivery.
The SHERPA OBD + is a portable handheld diagnostic instrument easily operated with four buttons.
The SHERPA Opacimeter is light, small, fast and operates on low voltage and with low power consumption. The embedded software has a protocol with many features that makes it easy to adapt to any host system, in this case the Combi PC collates the test data and automatically transfers to Sherpa OFFICE data hub. The Bluetooth module makes the Opacimeter communication wireless and more flexible. The Opacimeter is capable of capturing engine temperature/peak RPM and K mean value of opacity relative to EU Directive 2014/45/ EC.

The display is a high contrast LCD display. The instrument is delivered in a case with battery adapter, PC-cable, OBDII/EOBD cable and software complying with OBDII/EOBD standards. Data transfer to the Sherpa OFFICE software by Bluetooth. In the US all cars from year 1996 complies to the OBDII standard and in Europe for petrol and LPG cars from year 2001 and diesel cars from model year 2005. Automatic protocol identification, the OBD + automatically identifies the communication protocol in the vehicle. SHERPA WINDSCREEN TINT METER
The SHERPA Noise meter is a state-of-the-art Class 1 sound level meter that has been designed by the engineers at Cirrus to meet the very latest standards in noise measuring and monitoring.
Technical Details
Most suited for applications where only simple noise level data is required, the Optimus Yellow can record the maximum sound level (LMax) in decibels, which refers to the loudest recorded noise level during a period of data capturing. This data will give you a basic understanding of the noise levels where you are measuring, and will allow you to identify any particular noise hotspots. Decibels are displayed on the device colour display. The unit comes with a microphone, preamplifier, windscreen and the option of 1st and / or 3rd octave bands. The results are stored within the sound level meter. The meter can be accessed remotely via Bluetooth connectivity. A method transfer the data to the SHERPA Office is standard. Threshold trigger pressure/Tank and multiple chamber pressures are recorded known as PM/PX. The pressures are live which related to the axle number and operation mode selected. The values can be recalled and shown again on the digital display units or the PC screen and printed out through the PC. Max. 7 pressure transducers can be connected at the same time. The indication, storage and the printout of 1 x PM (trigger pressure) and 6 x PX (axle brake pressure) is possible. The pressure transducers can also be used separately, e.g. 1 x PM and 1 x PX. The axle numbers are detected automatically, by changing from PX to other axles.
