Seminar Speakers Tony Moloney Head of Education & Skills, National Grid Tony leads National Grid’s education and skills investment, to promote engineering and thought leadership on education policy, stimulate interest in STEM and inspire the next generation to take up careers that will benefit them, the UK and National Grid.

Chris Wood Vice Principal, Preston’s College Chris is responsible for all of the delivery mechanisms at Preston’s College. He is committed to the view that education needs a fair degree of ‘reinvention’ in the UK and that a skills-based approach (and not an obsession with qualifications) is the key to narrowing the skills gap.

Andrew Gadsdon Learning and Development Manager, Preston’s College Andrew has a passion for challenging the damaging status quo in educational delivery that is not adequately preparing learners for work. A keen maker, he advocates that STEM skills should not just be the reserve of those studying STEM subjects.

Debbie Forster UK Managing Director, CDI, Apps for Good Named by Computer Weekly as one of the “25 Most Influential Women in UK IT for 2014,” Debbie led the roll-out of the Apps for Good programme in the UK. She has over 20 years of education experience, including in education strategy and as a headteacher.
