PROPRIETARY (DRAFT)

Executive Summary

S.T.E.M. For the Classroom Education for the 21st Century =<<>>= MISSION To offer High School students at all Socioeconomic Status (S.E.S.) levels enjoyable and memorable Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (S.T.E.M.) lessons at no cost to their school. Students will be challenged to step out of their comfort zone by designing realworld apps using realworld data thereby gaining a better understanding of the real world. :: BUSINESS DESCRIPTION We plan to use Google Technology to create a S.T.E.M. Laboratory class for High School students who will role play as “Cloud Software Engineers” creating apps using Google Sheets, among other Google features for S.T.E.M. lessons contingent on Google’s software standards. These projects can succeed triumphantly with this approach. From start to finish, students participating in this eighttiered approach will be challenged to step out of their learning comfort zone, simply by designing realistic space missions using actual spacecraft data. It follows that they will then gain a practical understanding of Mathematics and Science. Students will use Google Technology as they play the role of "Cloud Software Engineers” where they will create space mission apps using Google Sheets; write and display their Engineering Journal using Google Docs; present their findings to the rest of the class using Google Slides; and embed everything in their own website using Blogger. Ensuing, students will use social media to demonstrate their hard work to their friends and family, who will proudly leave comments on the website, and who will in turn share the human adventure with the rest of the community. COMPANY BACKGROUND Our team includes educators and business leaders who have expertise in their fields, and thus form a mishmash of ideas and talents. So we took our shared enthusiasm for all things space created a supplement to the Common Core. :: Page 1 of 5

MARKETS Every High School in America, indeed, the entire planet. DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS We market to the High Schools. We would need to convince the Principals of the schools to offer these S.T.E.M. labs to their students. COMPETITION 1. The other brand sells most of the same type of software that Google offers free of charge. Additionally, Google Sheets and Slide can easily be embedded into a Blogger website. 2. While they charge schools a $3,000 per year site license fee, we will offer our S.T.E.M. lab class for free. FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS Recurring Revenue: Since we are a nonprofit organization, the initial seed money is all that is needed to maintain operations for twenty years. Recurring Payments: Since we are a nonprofit organization, the initial seed money is all that is needed to maintain operations for twenty years. INDUSTRY Education Page 3 of 5

:: INVESTMENT Any investor will double their money in one year’s time. Here’s how. Page 4 of 5

PROPRIETARY (DRAFT) As an example, an investor decides to fund the entire $10M. Since we are offering investors a rate of return of 100%, we will need to generate $20M in sales: Sales Needed = 2 ∙ Investment = 2 ∙ $10, 000, 000 = $20, 000, 000 RETURN ON INVESTMENT There are many reputable marketing firms available to us who we can pay $5M over one year to generate $20M worth of sales, all over a one year period of time. They will be responsible for generating the sales; how they generate the sales is left up to their professionalism. We are certain that several tactics are available to the marketeer. Example One tactic the marketing firm could employ is to contact all the Principals of the high schools across the nation (world?) and ask them to make a onetime taxdeductible $1,000 donation to get our S.T.E.M. program off the ground. They NEVER have to pay any money again. N umber of Schools = Sales Needed Donation = $20,000,000 $1,000 = 20, 000 After the 20,000 schools have made the $1,000 donation, the investor is fully paid off. The website then launches in the Fall Semester of 2016, with all resources available to all schools for free. :: END OF TEXT
