STEADY Planner Page Preview

THANKS FOR CHECKING OUT THE STEADY PLANNER This document will walk you through the different types of pages in the planner and show you how they look when they are filled out. Empty pages are at the end–feel free to print these out and play around with them! Hopefully this gives you a better idea about how you might use it in your daily life. Enjoy! If you have any questions or comments, please email: hello@steadyplanner.co

THE BIG PICTURE The Big Picture page is where you get to dream about the future. It asks you to imagine what you want your life to look like a year from now, in 3 different areas.

Consider the different areas of your life that are really important to you right now.

Space to dream about how you will kill it in this area.

CREATE A SYSTEM The Create a System page is at the very centre of the Steady System. It guides you through setting a big goal, breaking it into two smaller goals, then choosing a set of actions that you must do daily and weekly in order to make the goal happen.

Your main goal

Break that into smaller goals

What actions do you have to do to get there?

What starts to change as you stick to the system?

What happens if you don’t reach this goal?

Treat yourself

MONTHLY PLANNING This page shows you each month at a glance. You can write in important dates, big project deadlines, upcoming vacations, dentists appointments etc. Use the notes section here to write one or two big tasks you would like to hit as you go along with your systems. It’s an undated planner, so you can tear out, or flip to the ‘year at a glance’ page and use that as a reference for dates.

Space to write down one or two key events per day

Fill out the days of the month yourself. This means you can start using this anytime, not just in January

WEEKLY CHECK-IN The Weekly planning page will help you reflect on how the last week went. What was good? What was bad? What can you take into next week? You also get a chance to track how well you’ve kept to your systems that week. Finally, there are little prompts to help you get ready for the week ahead.

Reflect on the good that happened last week

Think through the bad

Learn anything interesting? Keep a log of how consistent you were last week. Use the goal sheet to match the right actions to the right numbers. Write notes on each system to make it easier for you next week

Prompts to get you ready for the week ahead

DAILY PLANNING PAGE This is the MVP of all our pages and the one you’ll use most often. Plan down to the hour, eat the proverbial frog first, knock out your tasks and still have room to write or doodle everything that pops into your head. Best of all, at the bottom of each page, you can cross out the actions you’ve done that day according to your system. Feed this back into the weekly check-in page at the end of every week.

Enter the day and date A fun or inspiring quote to give you something to think about

Stay on top of deadlines

Separate the most important tasks

Smaller tasks you can get to once the 3 priorities are done

Schedule in meetings and block out time for all your tasks

Remember to rest and have fun after work Every day counts! Cross off the actions you’ve done that day.

INDEX

A space to categorise and remember all your daily notes.

The planner also includes a few other tools to help you make the most out of it. In the pocket, you will find a sheet of tab and highlight stickers which you can use to mark important pages and dates and add a bit of colour to your pages. We will also be sending a bunch of free additional worksheets and productivity tips every week that work well with the planner. You can have a look at the empty planner pages if you keep scrolling to the right. -------------------That’s about it! Hope you feel fully equipped to go forth and conquer with your new system. The best way to use this planner is the way that will work best for you. The second best way is the way we’ve just described. Happy Planning! The Steady Planner Team
