And Moody’s industrial park continues to attract greater growth of companies with national reputations. Current and former officials say the recruitment of companies with a successful history increases the stability of St. Clair County’s economy. They “came to our county with the intent to grow here, and we are happy to see them succeed,” one former official said. Couple them with other brand name manufacturers like Benjamin Moore paints and Red Diamond coffee and tea, and it only adds to an already impressive roster of global industries in St. Clair County. And the support they get before and after arrival readily serve to strengthen the bond they have with their newfound home.
