Annual, semi-annual, or quarterly reviews. Depending on how frequently our clients wish to be contacted, and how involved in their insurance portfolio they wish to be, we use a custom approach to proactively re-evaluate the insurance portfolio to fit developing needs.
We have an in-house claims team on call to help our clients understand the claims process and to advocate on their behalf through an active claim.
Our portfolio managers and executives frequently attend continuing education classes to be up to date on the latest market trends and offerings. These classes are often taken towards private client specific designations (such as CPRIA) which are tailored to helping us best be able to service our clients evolving needs.
We have continuing conversation with our carriers to be on the forefront of any new coverage offerings which may be applicable to our clints. Most recently, Cyber Liability Coverage.
