Donna received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Nebraska, Kearney. Donna has been with Regional West since 1997. Her primary area of coverage is Bayard and Mitchell high schools.

James Buck, ATC, CSCS, PES James graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and has been with the Rehab Center since 1992. His primary coverage includes Scottsbluff, Bridgeport, and Mitchell high schools. In addition to being a certi ed athletic trainer, James is a Certi ed Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
