RECRUITMENT PROCESS
LEAD ASSOCIATE RECRUITMENT
Recruitment for lead associates will be a two-stage process following the associate recruitment process outlined below. This will involve: • Completion of a short application form; • A round-table discussion based on two scenarios linked to the lead associate role.
ASSOCIATE RECRUITMENT
Recruitment for associates will take the form of a two-hour training session via Zoom, following a ‘see it, name it, do it’ cycle. The purpose of the session will be two fold:
1. To allow applicants to:
• ‘See’ an exemplar of high quality training ‘in action’; • ‘Name’ the features that make the training strong; • ‘Do it’ … to practice applying the strong features ‘named’ into their delivery of a short training sequence, within a supportive, peer feedback, environment. This element will be done within breakout rooms.
2. To allow colleague from Star to determine the readiness of applicants to undertake the associate role and to identify further training needs.
