When registering for an account on Subaru Gear, select ‘Retailer’ in the ‘Buying Group’ field. If you already have an account, go to ‘Customer Information’ from the ‘My Account’ page to update this field. Upon checkout, you’ll be required to fill in your Retailer Number and Zone. 2. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to pay with a credit card or charge your parts statement.

SAF Reimbursement Subaru Advertising Fund (SAF) is the reimbursement program for eligible advertising costs for Subaru Retailers. Purchasing your items through Subaru Gear is an automated process. Items online already have the logo approval, and the invoice is submitted directly to SAF. Additional items can also be ordered through the Custom Order team.

WHOLESALE PROMOTIONS We offer various gear for wholesale part retailers that keep your store top of mind with auto body & service shops. Add your store logo and information to any online gear or place a custom order.

EXPRESS SERVICE Exclusive Subaru Express Service gear, such as employee uniforms, customer leave-behinds, and store essentials, are offered to those enrolled in the Express Service program.
