The projects goal was to provide the Santa Fe working, residential and regional community with well integrated, diverse, middle market retail offerings that fit and work together on this site. Additionally, the intent was to create a destination that attracts a full spectrum demographic including high in come, student, local workforce, tourist and low income patronage.

If you believe in the long-term value of connective and targeted design in service to your success, we can deliver.

As individual retailers prepare to collaborate in stacked big box developments to overcome costs and land shortages, opportunities arise to rethink relationships among landscapes, infrastructures,

buildings, and programs. While retailers’ standard store templates

are highly guarded and inflexible, design opportunities do lie with infrastructural considerations. Gran Patio stands as a proven successful example of an integrated vertical power center combined with the lifestyle, entertainment and work environments in an easy to navigate environment.
