Areas of Responsibility

The following is a list of people responsible for specific areas of school life.

Head of School (Mr. Kevin McHenry): is responsible for the overall administration of the school. He consults with the Board of Governors, faculty, parents, alumni, students, the school’s Leadership Team, and many others in making decisions on the strategic direction for the school.

Chief Financial Officer (Mrs. Janice Hollett) is the advisor to the Head of School on all financial matters.

Deputy Head of School (Dr. Michael Paluch) is responsible for forming, articulating, and interpreting the school’s academic policy.

Deputy Head of School (Mr.Courtenay Shrimpton) is responsible for the effective operation of the Upper School as well as the vision, development, and support of the school’s strategic development through the Strategic Plan.

Commanding Officer - Cadet Corps (Maj. Brian McCue) responsible for the training, staffing, and administration of all activities related to the #142 St. Andrew’s College Highland Cadet Corps.

Director of Admission, Marketing and Business Development (Mr. Michael Roy ’85): Questions about admission can be answered by Michael Roy or his associates.

Director of Athletics (Mr. Graham Brown) is responsible for all aspects of the Athletics program.

Director of Boarding Life (Mr. Keith Ramon) is responsible for all matters pertaining to boarding life and the implementation of the Boarding Life Curriculum.

Director of Communication (Mrs. Nicolette Fleming) is responsible for the external communication from the school.

Director of Information Technology (Mr. Steve Rush) is responsible for the computer facilities and integration into the curriculum.
