Led the integration of the content agency Cake, the experiential agency Ignition and the global sponsorships and insights team at HSE to launch the HSE brand in the US. HSE is the creative arm of Havas Media developing branded content programs based on consumer passions. Oversaw all creative development across offices in NYC, Atlanta, Boston and Chicago as well as sitting on the leadership board of HSE. Ran a team of 15 creative experts developing programs that include tactics in experiential, long and short form content, bespoke partnerships, sponsorship activation, influencer programs and digital extensions. Named one of Ad Week’s Most Powerful Women in Sports in 2017 due to unique perspective of leveraging consumers’ passion around sports to create engaging branded content. 2015 – November 2017

Developed a bespoke social process for Havas combining social listening, content strategy, content creation and distribution expertise. The practice was launched in North America and rolled out globally.


Experience

Creative lead across all native media partnerships for Havas clients, including development of an inshow integration on ABC’s Modern Family for our National Association of Realtors client. Launched the Entertainment Hub, bringing together mobile, experiential, social leads from Havas as well as sister companies Universal Music Group and Studio Canal to expand Havas Media beyond traditional ad placements and into the world of IP development. Frequent thought leadership contributor for Havas; writing articles for publications like The Guardian, Campaign, The Drum and speaking at global conferences, publishers’ national sales meetings and various client workshops. In 2015 ran a social newsroom for Havas at Cannes Lions resulting in Havas being the second most mentioned agency during the festival and garnering the most organic mentions. Led a restructure for over 40 employees, resulting in double-digit revenue growth in first year of management. Oversaw a complete rebrand of agency, including new service offering and process modification. Fully integrated content and social distribution teams to act as one cohesive team. Created a relationship with alma mater The University of Nebraska-Lincoln to commission content from student run ad agency and provide a talent feed for Havas, resulting in 4 hires to date. Led social strategy and content creation for brands such as Red Bull, Havaianas, Keurig and Volvo. Launched a pop-up B-to-B news site for Yahoo where 5+ pieces of original written and video content were created covering all major ad industry events (Ad week, Cannes Lions, CES, etc). Featured interviews with talent like Tom Hanks, Adrian Grenier, and Khloe & Kourtney Kardashian. Concepted and produced a 10 city tour for the LVMH brand MAKE UP FOR EVER. The remix tour garnered 200 Million impressions through foot traffic, social extensions and organic coverage from publications like Refinery29 and Nylon. Developed entertainment activations for Wrigley’s, including producing the #1 hit song Forever and its music video. Brokered deals with Chris Brown, Ne-Yo and Julianna Hough including jingle creation, commercial production and a Times Square concert for 400+ attendees. Launched the Orbit Gum Big Pak character, utilizing music marketing tactics to build credibility and a fan base prior to commercial production.
