SUNDAYS, JUNE 4 - JULY 9 11 AM - NOON SUNDAYS, JULY 16 - AUGUST 20 11 AM - NOON $90 • $60 MEMBER VALUE PRICE T’ai Chi Chuan is a set of naturally flowing movements for fitness, relaxation, meditation, and selfdefense that originated in China nearly 1,000 years ago. T’ai Chi Chuan consists of about 100 movements, performed slowly and in continuous sequence with a spirit of calmness, balance and awareness. Ages 16+.

HARDSTYLE KETTLEBELLS

Increase strength, build muscle and burn calories in this intense Kettlebell class. Combine cardiovascular and strength exercises for the ultimate, total-body workout. Participants should be able to get down on the floor, and have no shoulder mobility limitations. This class combines technique drills with a workout. Plan to remove your shoes to maximize stability as you work. Ages 13+.

It is a soft, flowing, moving meditation practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It’s easy to learn and brings benefits to many, including peace of mind, improved health, and, simply, joy. Ages 16+.

Rita Wallin swam 100 miles in our pool last year. She likes to call her last mile “Candy Cane Mile” because she passes out candy canes to the other swimmers to celebrate hitting the 100th mile! Rita has been a proud member of the Center since 2004 and is grateful for the amazing community she has created with her JCC friends.
