ADVENTURES IN SPANISH Summer Spanish is an awesome opportunity for your child to experience their first exposure to Spanish. You will learn useful phrases through games, hands-on activities, apps, singing, and dancing. This is a great beginning for your child to gain an insight into the Spanish language and culture.

A YARD FULL OF FUN Have a great time making a bird feeder, stepping stones, painted terra cotta pots, wind chimes and more. Enjoy your yard this summer with some of your own special creations. WEARABLE ART Make wearable, hang-able, and touchable crafts from a wide variety of resources. You’ll be making everything from New Age Gods Eyes, imprinted washer necklaces, and funky scarfs. LATCH HOOK CREATIONS You will learn how to latch Hook and make a rug or even a pillow. Bring your creativity and create a work of art. CERAMICS FOR KIDS You’ll be introduced to wheel throwing, surface decoration and glaze application. No experience necessary. THINGS THAT FLY If it flies, you’ll explore it, design it, or make it. Examples include paper airplanes, pop rockets, and soaring Diet Coke and Mentos to mention a few. BUILD IT! Build bridges, towers and other amazing structures from a variety of fun materials including: Legos, popcicle sticks, K’nex and salt dough.

MATH GAMES GALORE (Session I, III, IV & V) You will reinforce math concepts and build your math skills through fun games. Expect to learn and play at the same time.

GAME TIME Learn card games, board games and many more. If you have the time, we have the game. YOGA (Session I & II) Practice individually and with partners. Themes are new each day and include journaling, videos, nature walks, and creating a flow to teach the group. YOGA AND MEDITATION Yoga is beneficial for all ages. This is a yoga class for all youth levels, helping to support strength, agility, and flexibility. This session will also incorporate fun games, upbeat music, and unique movement to keep the energy high. Yoga is a great way to prepare your body and mind for both inside the classroom and out on the playing field. SPRINKLER FUN Run through the sprinklers on the soccer field and have ice cream afterwards. FOLLOW THAT BALL If it bounces, flies or rolls, you will see it in this fun and exciting part of your day. Basketball, volleyball, soccer & flag football are a few examples of sports/games you will play. SWIM & STUFF Each day will be a new adventure. From mini golf, swimming and challenge courses you will spend each afternoon at an off-campus location filled with a lot of fun. WATERCOLOR Paint beautiful sunrises and sunsets, ocean scenes and running rivers. You will have the chance to choose from a number of still life set-ups and possibly do a self-portrait using watercolor paint.
