The Refectory offers hot and cold meals and snacks throughout the day or you can sample the culinary creations of our hospitality and catering students in our commercial eatery, PL1 Restaurant and Deli. Pamper yourself with our on-site commercial salons, Creative Solutions and Stars Hair and Day Spa, which offer professional treatments at great prices from our hair and beauty students. There’s also a dedicated Higher Education Centre, featuring lecture theatres, a computer suite, study room and student common room, which are for the exclusive use of our higher education students.

Get qualified at your own pace Our university-level courses have been designed to give you the precise knowledge, skills and competencies you’ll need to achieve your qualification. As we offer full and part-time options, you’ll be able to start your dream job, achieve that promotion, or join the course you want in your own time and at your own pace. There are also a range of flexible opportunities available through university short courses and Certificate of Professional Development Awards.

Study while living at home Need to save money, supporting a family or working? Then our affordable fees and accessible higher education study mean that you can opt to live at home. Don’t want to get lost in the crowd? Our small class sizes and friendly, approachable style mean that you’ll soon get to know everyone on your course.

The Erasmus+ programme provides opportunities for College students to study, train, work and volunteer abroad. From sports coaching in Romania and skiing in Finland to boatbuilding in Estonia and culinary experiences in Italy, we have links all over Europe to help our students find fully or partially funded placements to boost their CVs.
