Human Resource Management Foundation Degree, FdA (Awarded by Plymouth University) What’s it all about? Companies frequently say that their people are their most valuable asset. This foundation degree will help you focus on the key skills and attributes human resource professionals need to develop in order to make a contribution in modern businesses. It is planned that the stage two assessment for this course will meet the criteria of the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in HR Management, which could result in a professional qualification in addition to the foundation degree. Modules are assessed by a mixture of written assignments, case studies, role play and in-class tests and examinations.
