Springboard to global finance industry Baltic countries have been doing relatively well during the recent turbulent times and have a strong and well-developed financial sector. The industry is proactive in terms of implementing new technologies and offering modern solutions for their customers in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia. However, our home markets are quite small and there is limited demand for scaling large and complex financial services. If your ambition is to build your career in the international finance industry, your opportunities to get hands-on experience in working with complex financial products and solutions might seem limited in the local market. SEB Global Services is a part of SEB group, and its mission is to deliver services to other SEB locations around the globe.
