Cocktails with Chris
INTRODUCING OUR NEW RESTAURANT MANAGER, CHRIS MOORE!
We love to see our SSCC family back together again, and we’re thrilled to have Chris back around the bar as our new Restaurant Manager Chris grew up right here in Sulphur Springs and served as the Beverage Manager for SSCC for about 8 years before moving off to Dallas. When asked what brought him back he simply said, “I just decided it was time to come back home.”
Known around the Club for his hospitality and ability to keep Members happy, Chris is l looking forward to helping make SSCC a fun place to be His goal is to bring more Members like you into the restaurants and bars, and to keep making you happy We look forward to having him here in the evenings to continue elevating your dining experience
Chris and Jaynlin hosted a cocktail class for Members back in January, and we thought we’d share a couple of the recipes from the event for you to try at home. You’ll be able to order both of these cocktails at either the Bar & Grill or the Pub, so stop by, have a drink, enjoy a meal, and say hi!
Clubhouse Russian

INGREDIENTS
1oz Vanilla Vodka
1oz Irish Cream
Frangelico
Heavy Cream
Icing & Colored Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Pour the Vanilla Vodka and Irish Cream together in a glass Add a splash of Frangelico and top with heavy cream Garnish with the icing and colored sugar for a sweet and creamy drink that is sure to please!
Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS
1oz Irish Whiskey
1oz Irish Cream
1 Sugar Cube
Coffee
Whipped Cream
Caramel
DIRECTIONS
Pour your Irish Whiskey and Irish Cream into a glass and add your sugar cube Fill your glass the rest of the way with coffee (to taste) and top it off with whipped cream and caramel
