Whether we are creating a custom arrangement or collaborating over flowers for your special event, or helping you select the right plant, we love to witness the joy and wonder that flowers and plants bring to our lives. While rooted in exceptional design and good old-fashioned service, we are driven by innovating and improving the experience of sending flowers. From creating a website that makes it easy to order from our collection online, to providing custom arrangements with our "Creative Director" option, we want to make sure the process of ordering flowers with Spruce is above and beyond the industry standard. We employ technology to communicate with our customers at every step of the order process, from sending a photo of the "Creative Director" bouquet you've trusted us to make for you, to sending the lucky recipient a heads-up text when we're on our way with their delivery and confirming the delivery with the sender by email upon completion.
